It was a birthday weekend getaway for my wife and she didn’t know where we were going. I knew it was going to be a beautiful place but was extremely impressed when we arrived, the pictures do not accurately describe this place. It is so beautiful!!! I highly recommend Eagles View in Burnside KY.

Very quaint bed-and-breakfast beautiful view of Lake Cumberland. It's a 3 mile drive up the mountain. Curvy small roads - but very nice get away! Hot tub or pool for use would of been nice.

I booked this place for our wedding anniversary getaway and we could not have been more pleased! The place is incredibly beautiful. We wanted to move in! The views are stunning, the deck is heavenly, and inside the inn was our very favorite. I can't say enough about this place and I highly recommend that you book a stay here if you value peace, tranquility, and beauty. Debbie and Gary are hospitable, gracious, friendly hosts that we enjoyed getting to know. We will stay here again, and that is rare for us because we like finding new treasures, but this is a gem worth returning to!

We unpacked and walked around the grounds for a while before we ran into another guest that was also staying. We began to talk and the next thing you know we are down by the most relaxing fire complete with a circle of porch swings surrounding. Wood is nearby and provided to guests. The other hues played guitar and sang while we enjoyed a bottle of wine also provided by the owners. We slept like babies in the Mountain Top Angel Room. The next morning we woke up early recharged and was greeted by hot tea and coffee already waiting. We drank our morning beverages out on the beautiful deck table overlooking the lake. Then we were told breakfast was ready. One word... DELICIOUS. We had fluffy sweet pancakes, sausage patties, and a signature fresh fruit cup. When we arrived back we were greeted by the next guest staying. We all laughed together including Debbie, for a good part of the night, before taking a dip in the spacious and high tech hot-tub (ask how to use it lol). The next morning Debbie made a breakfast scramble with potatoes, eggs, peppers, cheese, and more! Also there was bacon and fresh homemade country style biscuits with also homemade strawberry jam. Fresh juices to boot. After breakfast we came to the sinking realization that our time was nearing an end and were so sad. We walked around the grounds a little more and said goodbye to the frog friends we made in the huge coy pond beside the B&B. We said goodbye to other guests and talked with Debbie again and completely lost track of time! She is a wonderful. There are not words to describe our time there. I can write about all the views and landscapes and amenities l, however. You will never know the true meaning and overwhelming feelings this place has to offer. You have to experience this place for yourself as that’s just what it is, not lodging, but a true experience. Crystal and Jennifer Kaiser-Wells

My husband and I and his parents all had a beautiful weekend getaway at the Eagles View B&B. It was very relaxing and quiet. The B&B was close to many nearby attractions. Both Gary and Debbie were gracious and friendly. Will recommend to my family and friends. Thanks to both of them, MM.
