Upon your renewal, you will be prompted to renew as an Instant Booking member. Regardless of whether or not you currently accept online bookings on BedandBreakfast.com, you will need to accept the new contract.

In order to provide the traveler a better experience and help our members stay competitive with the ever-changing travel industry, we’ve revamped BedandBreakfast.com membership so that all members are instantly-bookable directly on BedandBreakfast.com. BedandBreakfast.com membership also provides an easy and straightforward connection for B&Bs to distribute on some of the world’s largest travel sites.
We now connect seamlessly with RezOvation, Webervations, MyAllocator and ThinkReservations. If you use one of these platforms, you will only have to manage your calendar in one single place! It's just that easy!
If you do not want to accept instant-bookings from BedandBreakfast.com, you do not have to. However, there is no longer an option to list your property on BedandBreakfast.com without accepting instant-bookings.
BedandBreakfast.com members will no longer have a link to their website. We plan to drive all travelers to book directly on BedandBreakfast.com vs. sending travelers to book via your website through the link that was previously provided. You’ll be able to better track the revenue and value that BedandBreakfast.com is driving directly to your property. Even without a direct link to your website, the Billboard Effect shows that exposure on OTAs still leads to incremental reservations on your own website.
There are no annual or upfront costs with the new instant-booking membership with BedandBreakfast.com. You pay 15% commission on all bookings directly through BedandBreakfast.com and the HomeAway network for the first year and 18% commission on all bookings after the first year. Commission includes all credit card processing fees. 15% commission applies to any new property joining the Instant Booking membership on BedandBreakfast.com.
BedandBreakfast.com membership provides certain exclusive connectivity benefits than going direct to the OTAs. With BedandBreakfast.com, you can:

1. Manage your listing, rates and availability all in one place through your property management software (RezOvation, Webervations, MyAllocator and ThinkReservations) or through BedandBreakfast.com Online Reservations Manager
2. Maintain a single point of contact for all of your needs with our dedicated team of B&B experts
3. Receive both phone number and email for guests so you can contact guest directly before the guests arrive to confirm any details and remarket to the guest after their sta y(Expedia and HomeAway networks)
4. Get reservation notifications via text and email (Expedia and HomeAway networks)
5. Pay flat commission which includes all credit card fees
