This lovely Victorian 25 room mansion was built for entertaining. The lower level contains a dining room with original Waterford crystal sconces and a butler's pantry with complimentary refreshments. Also available is a large and cozy library with one of seven fireplaces, and a baby grand piano. Guests may choose from one of eight beautifully decorated guest rooms, some with fireplaces, private balcony, claw foot tubs, marble sinks or Jacuzzi. Lovely landscaped one acre estate with lawn swings, gardens, gazebo and fountains. The Bavarian style Carriage House is an architectural gem, totally unique to the area and has been newly renovated into a two bedroom, two bath suite. We have gift certificates available in any amount, or for one of our packages. The most popular package is "3 Mansions in 1 Trip" which includes dinner at the Studebaker Mansion (Tippecanoe Place) right next door.

The Oliver Inn is a beautiful B & B. The house is full of history and gorgeous details. The innkeepers, Alice and Tom, were very accommodating. Alice stocked the Butler's Pantry with freshly baked goodies throughout our visit. The Inn location was perfect for our visit to Notre Dame University.

Stayed here for a distance wedding and owners were very nice and accommodating. Lovely old house - with emphasis on old and antique-filled.

The Oliver inn is an icredibke property with friendly and accommodating hosts and staff. We appreciated so much them inviting our children who live in south Bend to join us for breakfast. We will be returning to South Bend many times over the years to visit our new grandson and The Oliver Inn will always be our first choice. Thank you again. Rob.

We continue to stay in this beautiful home multiple times a year if we can. Alice and Tom are fantastic and treat us like family every time we we come to visit. Would highly recommend The Oliver Inn to anyone looking for a romantic retreat or to even just get away for some time. We absolutely love staying here.

My two children and I loved this beautiful Inn! Everything is very special and done with very much love and care. Lots of collected old items which remind of the good old times and help to imagine how it was many years ago. The room standard is up to date though, everything is very clean, the shower was very modern and we felt like home. Thank You Alice and Tom!
