It was like living a dream!

5 on May 22, 2018

It is the most beautiful, quaint place I have ever stayed. I loved it! And I will be back! It is the old South at its most romantic best. Roomy and delightfully perfect. I greatly recommend it. P.S. The breakfast was authentic southern cooking. Did I mention it was perfect!?

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the Inn. They were beyond helpful with a mini crisis we had. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone going to Savannah.

Perfection

5 on May 21, 2018

We had a wonderful visit and plan to go back next for a week. The folks at Forsyth Inn know what class is all about. We met some other visitors and it was enjoyable to sit and share our experiences. We stayed in the "Lottie" room and it could swear I felt in our room--not scary just a feeling.

Innkeeper Response
Your gracious comments will be shared with our staff as they will be pleased to know that you enjoyed your stay with us. It was a sincere pleasure to have you as our guest and we do hope for the opportunity to be of service to you in the future.

Lovely place Great Location

5 on May 21, 2018

Beautifully maintained his Storico home within walking distance of restaurants, and right in front of free bus that takes you to many historical Sites in the downtown area. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were large for hissoric homes, and had many amenities. There was an early set up for coffee sweet rolls juice and cereal, and a breakfast at the time of your choice. The kitchen staff for most accommodating, and the food was delicious. In the afternoon there were appetizers and wine, and a sweet was left out for an evening snack with coffee and or tea. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable about tours and local attractions, and were helpful in setting things up for you and it addition or knowledgeable about local area restaurants. The Ian was in an excellent location, and we enjoyed the views of the fountain at Forsyth Park as we sat on the veranda to have breakfast or just relax

Great B&B

4.6 on May 21, 2018

They need to install double windowpane to block out traffic noise and curtains to block out street lights. Other than that it’s a very charming B&B.

Innkeeper Response
We believe we have come up with a solution to the issues mentioned that is in line with guidelines set by the Historic Savannah Foundation. We hope we get the approval and can proceed. Fingers crossed!

Golf Trip

2.8 on May 21, 2018

Room was down very steep stairs and was like it was in the basement. The towels and sheets had frayed edges in part of them. Sheets had debris on them, perhaps from the dirty floor. Great location across the street from Forsyth Park.

Innkeeper Response
Thanks for taking the time to give your feedback. I'm sorry to hear the rooms weren't up to the standard you've come to expect from us. I have personally addressed the level of cleanliness with our housekeeping staff to ensure this won't happen again.

We had our daughter's wedding here and could not have been more pleased. Rooms were beautiful, service was exceptional and the view of the park from the porch was breathtaking. I can't wait to go back.

Innkeeper Response

Wedding weekend

5 on May 01, 2018

We actually had our wedding at Forsyth Park Inn and it was truly an amazing weekend! Everyone was so accommodating! The food was wonderful! Bobbie Jo, John, and Dwayne took care of every detail of our stay!! We could not have asked for a better wedding venue or B&B! The wine and apps are amazing and such a wonderful way to meet other guests at the inn! It is a perfect weekend getaway!!! #FPIweddingweekend#inlovewithFPI#morewine&cheese!
