Page House Bed and Breakfast

711 Bellevue Avenue , Dublin, GA 31021 USA (Show map)

Come back to a time when living was gracious and easy. Picture yourself among the guests that often promenaded around the block and later gathered in the ballroom of the Page House to enjoy dancing and musical performances. Such was the way of life for the residents of homes on Bellevue Avenue. Locals refer to these homes on "Millionaire's Row" as the "mansions that cotton built." The Page House is located in the heart of the historic district at the corner of Bellevue Avenue and Elm Street. It is next to the Laurens County Library within walking distance from parks and recreation facilities, churches, banks, and a post office. A stroll under the tree shaded streets will take you to antique and gift shops. Downtown is just four blocks away, with plenty of shops, Theatre Dublin, and the Laurens County Historical Society and Museum. Walking tours are available.

Page House was home for a couple of days. I can't think of a single aspect of the accommodations that could have been improved on and the hosts could not have been nicer. I hope I need to go back to Dublin so I can stay at Page House again...

The only place to stay in Dublin, GA

I continue to be amazed by the Page House, and it is just as nice under the new ownership as before! I expect we will see some enhancements from the new owners, and am looking forward to staying there again.

We love this place...

We stay at the Page House every time we are in Dublin, GA. We have a lot of choices and this is ours. The Page House is beautiful, it's always clean, the previous and now the new owners are wonderful, and there's just no where else we would consider. The new owner has added a new entrée for breakfast that is a real delight but then all of them are. Best wishes to JoAnn Simms, the new owner. She is a classically trained pianist and a very nice lady. We look forward to staying with them again soon. David & Paula

Gorgeous in Georgia

Wow! We have stayed in a lot of inns, but never before stayed in a mansion. Beautiful inside and out. The innkeepers, Janice and Kelly, have obviously put a lot of care and heart into making this Inn what it is today -- elegant furnishings, comfortable beds, a delicious breakfast (enjoyed my first ever taste of grits), and a big dose of southern hospitality. We highly recommend The Page House!

Dublin GA surprise!

We were looking for a place to stay in Dublin GA and were so glad we found Page House B and B! It was a fabulous find and we can't wait to stay there again!

The very best...

We recently visited the Page House in Dublin, GA. It is beautiful. This is a turn of the century mansion that has been perfectly restored. While the exterior is beautiful, the inside is beyond belief. The rooms, halls, stairs, and the common areas are decorated in period artifacts and everything is stunning. We were fortunate to get there right after the Christmas decorations were put up and I cannot begin to describe the splendor. Inside and out, daytime or night, this B&B is magnificent. On a more micro level, the rooms are well appointed, the beds are heavenly, Wi-Fi is fast and free, there’s ample free parking, and everything is spotless. In addition to being incredibly hard working and meticulous, the couple that owns and operates the Page House, Kelly and Janice Canady, are so friendly and welcoming it’s like visiting your favorite aunt’s house. If you are anywhere near Dublin, Georgia and can stay the night, you will be very glad you stayed at the Page House.

We had a wonderful stay, often take little Harley road trips, this was far and away one of our best. We try to do trips of 3hrs. away or less. We picked Dublin, G.A. because we ha never been there. The Page House was perfect and the owners are fine folks.

Wonderful get away from the city!

We had a wonderful stay at the Page House Bed and Breakfast last weekend on our way to Florida for the long weekend. Kelly and Janice were welcoming hosts and made us feel very comfortable in their home. The home is very large and had plenty of privacy for the guests. We had breakfast in the morning and it was very good and gave us a great start for the rest of our trip. We will be back again!

The "Room of Honor" is renamed every year for someone living in our community that has made a significant contribution to Dublin's history. We enjoy the privilege of selecting honorees and presenting them with a name plate that is secured above the door entrance for the following year. The Balcony Room appropriately refers to the private balcony that is accessed from the bedroom. This is a choice room during pleasant weather, where the guests can enjoy sitting on the outdoor furniture under the shade of a deck umbrella.
