Located in the heart of the Vienna’s historic district, we are honored to be only the 2nd family to call this circa 1895, 4300 square foot, Mid-Victorian our home. Nearing the end of a 10 year complete renovation we opened for business January 2017. Listed on the National Registry of Historic Homes this Timeless Classic features 6 Fire Places, 12’ Ceilings, a Grand Staircase and Hardwood Oak Floors throughout. It has 6 Bedrooms with Private Bathrooms located on both floors, a Parlor, a Family Room, the Kitchen, the Dinning Room, a large Foyer and the list goes on. There is a lot of house to explore... They are all decorated with 100’s of period antiques and beautiful reproductions all of which reflect the Victorian era of the house. Like most large century old houses we have a wrap-around porch with rocking chairs and of course a porch swing. There is ample Private Parking and even room for a Camper or Motor Home. The Grounds boast dozens of trees like Magnolia, Crepe Myrtle, Pecan, Oak, Pine and Dogwood which not only provide lots of shade but also beautiful foliage depending on the time of year. An abundance of beautiful flowers like Roses, Tulips, Azaleas, Lilies and Wisteria when in bloom often take your breath away. Multiple Bird Houses and Feeders attract an array of fowl like Hummingbirds, Cardinals, Blue Jays, Doves and Finches. And finally there is a 3 level Koi pond filled with fish. Every hot homemade breakfast is fabulous with ample portions.

Innkeeper Response
It's funny how so many of our guests arrive as strangers but leave as friends. We seem to have so much in common with so many folks... Please come back and visit with us again when your in the area.

Awesome people, Beautiful place, Great experience!

5 on December 21, 2017

This was my first stay in a Bed and Breakfast, and it was a great experience! I can't say enough good things about Beverly, Pete, and the beautiful home they shared with me last weekend. I was in Vienna for a hunting trip, and the location was perfect - most people at the event were staying in Cordele, about 20 minutes away, and they paid just as much for a hotel room. Because of the crazy hours I mentioned when I booked that I didn't expect breakfast, as I had to be in my deer stand before daylight. Beverly got up very early and made me literally the best breakfast I have had in years - everything was delicious - from the fruit/pudding, muffin, toast, scrambled eggs, grits, sausage, and everything else, it was awesome. Usually before a hunt my breakfast consists of a Snickers bar - hotel breakfasts don't start until long after I'm gone. The house is beautiful, and beautifully furnished. I told my wife it was like staying in a Museum, like the Mark Twain house in Hartford, CT - every room is beautifully furnished with antiques. The house was all decorated for Christmas, which made it even more beautiful. Finally, Beverly and Pete are wonderful people, both are very friendly and I really enjoyed talking to them. I look forward to staying at the Jewell of Vienna again!

The home is beautiful and the proprietors are wonderful and very welcoming and helpful. I plan on doing this again. We were able to make new friends we are recommending the Jewell of Vienna to others.

Great Overnight!

We were at home, away from home, the moment we arrived. Bev and Pete are perfect innkeepers. The "Jewell" is spotlessly clean, warm, inviting, comfortable and includes everything you need. It is rich with history and interesting decor from the past as well as all the modern conveniences. Bev is an amazing cook. The fresh seasonal fruits and the casserole were amazing. The porch swing is a perfect way to begin a quiet morning in a beautiful small southern town.

Fabulous stay!

About the innkeepers

Hello, we are the proud owners of The Jewell of Vienna, a 'Southern Bed & Breakfast. We have been married almost 40 years and during our travels stayed in B&B's whenever we could. We wanted more than just checking in and checking out and loved the intimate setting of a B&B. We want to share that experience with other travelers and hope how we represent ourselves and our house does just that. We enjoy meeting new friends and hope you will too. Come by and check us out.
