The Twelve Oaks was absolutely beautiful! Travis was so welcoming and friendly and the home was gorgeous. We stayed in the Steel Magnolia suite and the chromatherapy tub was amazing! We were worried the town wouldn't have much to do, but their historic square was so cute and within walking distance. We just left and I already can't wait to go back!

We’ve stayed in so many B & B inns over the course of 30+ years & Twelve Oaks is definitely among the very best & one of our favorites. We were very comfortable in the Salvatore Brothers suite & loved using the fireplace. Breakfasts were all delicious, the wine & cheese time every evening was such a treat. We enjoyed meeting the owners, Nicole & John, and we were so impressed by the friendliness of and help from Travis and Ann. Good memories for our anniversary trip this year and we’d definitely like to plan more visits.

I can’t say enough about Twelve Oaks B&B. From the moment you walk in the door, you’re taken back to the old southern charm. From the antique furniture and decor, the hard wood floors that give a gentle creak as you walk through the rooms and admire the charming antebellum details, and the fantastically accommodating staff. They have worked so hard to make this historic house into a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the old world charm while enjoying the necessary modern amenities to make it absolutely comfortable( perfect temperatures , 5 star luxury bathrooms, and bedding that’s fit for royalty (which is what you feel like during you’re stay). We stayed in the Steel Magnola suite, and... oh my goodness... I’M IN LOVE!!! I look forward to the day I’m able to return and enjoy another stay. The breakfast was phenomenal! If I had to find anything to complain about, (and I’ve never stayed in a B&B before) would be sound proof. We couldn’t hear people in other rooms, but if they were in the hall you could hear a conversation. But everything else about this place more than made up for it.

We stayed at Twelve Oaks recently and was blown away by their hospitality. The house is beautiful and full of all the comforts of home. The staff showed true southern hospitality. We rent out all 8 rooms for our family and everyone was so impressed by the house and grounds. Covington is a great little town. I would highly recommend Twelve Oaks B & B to anyone coming to the area. Well done Twelve Oaks, well done!

I am absolutely obsessed with this place. The person at the front desk "Travis" was amazing. He was very friendly and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed at all times. We weren't treated like guests, we were treated like family. We will definitely be coming back (just to see Travis). Twelve Oaks Inn is now our new Go To spot. The rooms are stunning and the beds are extremely comfortable. Each room has a huge screen TV. The breakfast is to die for and the cook is awesome. We had such a wonderful time. This house has so much beautiful history and our stay here was unforgettable. We did have what some would call a paranormal experience. I was staying In The Heat of the night room on the second floor and my mom and daughter were staying on the first floor. Our room has a skeleton key lock and our key has a key chain hanging from it. I had the door locked on the inside with the key still in the lock. I heard a knock on my door and the key cha N started swaying from the knock at the door.assuming it was my daughter, I opened the door and no one was there. Then throughout the night I heard walking around and noise in the room next door to me (the Katherine room). My 2 year old was with me and had been fussy. When I spoke to Travis in the morning, I told him "I hope she didn't disturb the people next door to me". Travis then told me that I was the only guest on the second floor and that no one was in the next room. Other than that, our stay was wonderful and we will definitely come back. I give it 10 stars.

With original tile, tub and shower, the bath here can feel as if you're stepping through time as you touch the antique fixtures. Everyone loves the pressure of the antique shower head!
