Nice weekend:)

3.6 on October 10, 2017

The spa was wonderful! The wine tasting was very informative and delicious! The staff were all very welcoming and superb customer service. The scenery was beautiful. We were disappointed by the cabin. It needed some TLC and updating:)

Girl's Pre-Wedding Weekend

4.6 on September 20, 2017

Myself and two of my girlfriends took a trip to celebrate one getting married. We had the best time! This was my second stay at Paradise Hills and I plan to return as often as possible in the future. Their spa services are so relaxing, and the cabins are quaint and perfect for a weekend away from it all. The tasting room is such a nice experience and I love every one of the wines Paradise Hills produces. Do yourself a favor and book a stay!

Innkeeper Response
Thank you so kindly for your raving review. We appreciate your time and we are thrilled to hear about your memorable stay. Keep in touch with us. We offer specials throughout the year as opportunities to visit Paradise Hills for regular "escapes of the stresses of life".

We were there for the eclipse

3.0 on September 06, 2017

We had stayed here before in separate accommodations so was reasonably familiar with the setting and knew this would be ideal for the total eclipse. We picked a bigger place to accommodate all 5 of us but unfortunately one side of the house appeared to have no AC - not too big a deal but some people may be upset by this. Couple of kitchen items could use some TLC and the microwave did not work which again, was OK for us but others may be more concerned.

Innkeeper Response
Thank you for taking the time to review our place. The Solar Eclipse was an exciting time and we are glad you were able to enjoy it here at Paradise... we got total darkness; a beautiful sight. Regarding your comments, yes, there are no AC vents in the 2 far bedrooms; usually, leaving the hall door open keeps those rooms cool and in the winter, there are separate heated baseboards for comfort. We apologize for any inconveninece the microwave was for you. We have since replaced the whole unit with a new one. We look forward to having you back again in the future. We have added some fun new amenities for our guests like a small grocery pantry filled with local items and those things you may forgot at home. We are always striving to fill the needs of our guests.

Everything was pretty much as advertised. A good, no frills value.

3.2 on September 03, 2017

We came to North Georgia in search of a cabin to purchase. Having in room WiFi would have been very helpful. Noting that Paradise Hills is a place to escape from everyday makes the lack of it, understandable.

Innkeeper Response
Thank you for taking the time to review our small resort. Yes, we do pride ourselves in being a place for guests to reconnect with friends/family and DISconnect with the demands of their lives. Understanding that technology is still needed, we offer free Wi-Fi at the lodge and any common areas in the event someone needs to log on. We hope to see you again in the future as you hunt for your own piece of paradise in the mountains.

Wonderful getaway location

4.8 on August 28, 2017

Stayed at this lovely little resort for my 6th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. The grounds are gorgeous and the cottages are spaced far enough apart on the woods to give a sense of privacy. He e joy Ed the wine tasting and spar treatments, which are up to parents with any of the big names and a far better value. Will definitely be going back.

Innkeeper Response
Thank you for your kind words. We appreciate your time in reviewing our property. We are thrilled to hear that you were able to enjoy a wonderful anniversary at our resort.

Wonderful getaway location

4.8 on August 17, 2017

I happen upon Paradise Hills through a random Google search and I am so happy that I did. My wife and I spent a weekend there for our 6th wedding anniversary. The grounds are gorgeous with the grape veins and rolling hills. The cabins are far enough apart for privacy with well stocked kitchen settings/utensils and linens. We purchased a package for wine tasting and spa treatments which were better priced than similar places and excellent. The staff were extra friendly and knowledgeable, especially Bambi and Boots (the miniature goats on site). I highly recommend them and will be back soon.

Innkeeper Response
We appreciate the time you took to share your experience with the readership. We are thrilled to hear that your anniversary went well and that we exceeded your expectations. Bambi and Boots are a loved part of our place... and they LOVE to get their own attention from guests. Remember the loyalty discount when you return for your next visit.

Paradise in Paradise

4.4 on July 14, 2017

This was an excellent weekend stay. Beautiful surroundings, wonderful spa, good wine, super clean cabin. The only reason I selected "met my expectations" is because the dining is whatever you bring with you to cook in the cabin's kitchen. Which is OK with me. I like my cooking. I thought the price was really reasonable. In fact, I have already reserved another cabin for October and plan on enjoying the spa again.

Innkeeper Response
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. The best compliment is to hear that you will be returning as our guest again soon! We are thrilled to be hosting in the fall. Remember to mention our returning guest discount when you book or before arrival. We appreciate your patronage.

Georgia Girl's Getaway Weekend

5 on July 09, 2017

What a relaxing time we had last June 2016 at 'The Cat's Meow' cabin, SO we decided to come back this June. A total of 9 gals this year! It's large enough for ten people, plus the kitchen is great for cooking meals together. The wrap around deck has a hot tub, rocking chairs to sit and visit, listen to music and dance. We even played Corn Hole! Sat. morning, the girls had massages and enjoyed their Wine Tasting and outdoor concert in the afternoon. I've personally stayed there half dozen times and always want to go back. So, if you're looking for a place that has everything, check out Paradise Hills Resort & Vineyard. The Owners, Bob & Ilke Lander and their staff are super friendly and accommodating. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Innkeeper Response
Thank you so much for your kind review. We are thrilled to hear about the consistent, high quality services we have been able to offer you. Yes, the cabin you mentioned is definately the "Cat's Meow"! We look forward to seeing you again and again in the future.

The location was awesome. It was peaceful and quiet with deer wandering through the yard.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are in a beautiful setting with wildlife wandering (sometimes eating our grapes). Come back in a different season to enjoy the leaves turning or the amazing peacefulness of a winter day in the mountains.
