Greenwood B&B offers the best of everything if you want to relax, work, work/play, run, write, dine, see the sights, shop interesting boutiques, and enjoy this beautiful home. I've joked that I would marry this house or adopt this home if David ever wants to sell it. I want to LIVE here! David's style makes the manor, though, as he is gracious, not intrusive . . . helpful, thought of everything, and his home has everything you need to enjoy an individual, couple or family getaway. It's more lovely than the photos, and David is modest. As much as this writer does not want this place to be booked full time, I must bless my gracious host with the good word . . . enjoy! Oh, and take in the parks, and just walk or run or bike around Virginia Highland. David, see you soon! Grace to you! Amen and cheers!

We have stayed at Greenwood B & B several times over the past few years. Our time there has been consistently wonderful. The innkeeper, David, is attentive and breakfast is delicious. We look forward to our stays at Greenwood B & B, knowing the time will be peaceful, restful and relaxing.

I stayed at Greenwood for the first time in Dec. 2016 and immediately booked a return visit for a family gathering scheduled for May of 2017. It was wonderful to have a large self-contained apartment rather than a hotel room. We have family living in Virginia Highland and loved being able to walk to their homes. We were able to park our rental car right in front of the house and loved the fact that the B&B is so close to some of the top tourist sights we visited. Greenwood is a real gem.

This is a great place with beautiful rooms in a lovely house on a quiet residential street near the Beltline, Ponce City Market, Piedmont Park and the Botanical Gardens. David is great and accommodating. There is nothing negative to say. Since we have family near this B and B, we will definitely want to come back over and over again. I just hope my fantastic review doesn't make it so popular that I can't get a reservation there again.

The bedroom and bathroom are nice size. Housekeeping by host David is spot on. Breakfast made to order. The living room and tv are comfortable for relaxing. Walk to Belt Line, Prince Market and more.

Greenwood B and B is the perfect setting to visit Atlanta. It's set in quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown and to the beltway path and conveniently close to a market place for unique restaurant and niche retail choices. The apartment offers comfortable bedroom , living room and kitchen. We enjoyed breakfasts provided by the owner before we set out for our daytrips to visit Emory college, southern historic homes in Roswell and the museums in Atlanta for art and civil rights. We also attended an author talk at the Carter library closeby. Perfect location~ Attractive comfortable clean place to be a guest.

The B&B is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, bathroom is updated and a good size, and location was perfect for me with parking on street easy to find.

This B&B is like a studio apartment in an ideal location in mid-town Atlanta. Just blocks away from Highland Ave where allot of great restaurants are located including the wonderful Folk Art. Also just 2 miles from the Fox Theater and another mile or 2 to Andrew Young International Blvd down town, Also close to the Krog Market Or just a block away the Ponce De Leon Market. David makes a nice breakfast as well and is a gracious host. .B&B has a kitchen and a nice large closet.

We have stayed at Greenwood Bed & Breakfast twice within the past month. David has been a perfect host, and most accommodating to our needs. First stay was for 15 days over the winter holidays, then a return for 3 days mid-January. We plan to be recurring guests as we know David will meet all our needs. Walkability to area restaurants and shops great.

This bed and breakfast is without a doubt one of the best places to stay in Atlanta. You truly have your own apartment with a private entrance. It is close to so many unique places in Atlanta such a shopping, parks and wonderful restaurants. The in keeper is very kind and makes a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend for a short get away or a long relaxing stay.

Gracious host, cozy accommodations and perfect location!

Clean, quiet, convenient and reasonable. I'm really glad I stayed there. The neighborhood has private homes, small apartment complexes, and lots of greenery. It was unseasonably warm, so I was pleased there was a choice of central air or ceiling fans - I chose the ceiling fans. Ponce City Market is a 10 minute walk south, and Trader Joe's is 10 minutes to the north. Note: breakfast is included; there's a full kitchen and fridge if you want to prepare other meals.

David's Greenwood B&B fit our needs perfectly. It is a charming home in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the passersby.
5 on September 16, 2016
The feel of this B&B is like home, so cozy and comfy. I picked this B&B based on all of the glorious reviews, and I was not disappointed. My husband and I were in Atlanta to celebrate his birthday, and this location was close to everything 15 minutes either way. This would be the only place I would ever stay when in Atlanta. David the Inn keeper was joy to talk to and had wonderful spirit. He was very accommodating. When parking on the street was no existent to due a parade, he texted me to let me know that we could park in the driveway. The food was quite delicious, take it in the parlor at the front on the house and enjoy the goings on in the neighborhood. What a lovely neighborhood it is very peaceful and quiet. Love every minute of this wonderful gem in Atlanta.

We have stayed at Greenwood B and B several times in the past 2 years. We look forward to the comfort and quiet in David's lovely home. Breakfast is delicious every single time. David could not be more gracious and accommodating. We are looking forward to our next visit at Greenwood B and B!

We are repeat clients of the charming Greenwood Bed and Breakfast. Staying in the Va-Hi neighborhood will totally alter your experience. So much easier to get about and you won't leave Atlanta wondering why you stayed on freeways or near malls. We love having a full kitchen/living room as we don't retire at the same hour as a couple. We also like the fact that David doesn't have clutter around. The decor is restrained and fitting for the bungalow neighborhood. We also bring back leftovers sometimes from eating out and enjoy dining in our place at Greenwood. David serves a hearty breakfast that will carry you through the day. Very hot pressed coffee, a generous egg dish and all is served on a portico overlooking the street. This is a value destination, and we can't always get in when we want to book with him. Parking on the street near the house is easy. David also allows guests to park in his drive if desired. Love the separate entrance. See you next time, David.

We had a wonderful stay at the Greenwood B & B. David, the owner is, always anxious to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfasts were delicious! This place is so roomy; it truly is like being at home. I love how close it is to the Beltline and Piedmont Park. There are lots of restaurants and shopping closeby. If you stay here you won't be disappointed!!

Great service, terrific breakfast, ideal location, and very comfortable accommodations. We had an awesome stay and can't wait to return.
5 on June 12, 2016
I think what impressed me most about Greenwood B&B, was the quiet; the sound of the birds was all I heard in the neighbourhood, and the quiet elegance of the furnishings and the entire space of the accommodations. The coffee was excellent, the bed was perfect, as was the shower, and everything I needed was right where it should have been. It was wonderful, and I'd return in a flash...as clearly everyone who signed the guest book, felt as well.

We have stayed at the Greenwood Bed and Breakfast several times. Clean, quiet, comfortable, roomy apartment and David makes delicious breakfast. David takes great care in accommodating our schedules and comfort. We look forward to our next visit!

We recently had meetings at the Carter Center and were so glad we found David's B&B to stay in for 2 nights while in Atlanta. We couldn't have been more ideally located, as the CC was just a short drive away, and the neighborhood is ideal with restaurants and grocery markets. The accommodations are very comfortable, and it was so nice to have a private space to "come home to" at the end of a long day of meetings. At our request, David left us plenty of breakfast items for our first morning as we had an early start and didn't want to impose on him to make us breakfast. The second morning of our stay David served us wonderful homemade omelets, bacon, and english muffins on our small sun porch - it was a perfect way to end our stay. David is very accommodating and easy to work with. Importantly, and as noted, the duplex is extremely comfortable, private, and was sparkling clean! If Greenwood is available during your stay, we don't hesitate to highly recommend it!

Greenwood B&B was a great place to stay. In a nice section of Atlanta, quiet and attractive location, close to everything. Our host was pleasant and unobtrusive. Breakfasts were superb. It was nice to have a bedroom, kitchen, living room and cute breakfast nook - plenty of room to stretch out. Very clean as well.
4.8 on March 25, 2016
Super-accommodating host. Good facilities - firm mattress, solid bathroom fixtures, appropriate lighting, complete kitchen, lots of "living" space, reliably available parking. Two minor downsides - floorboards that squeak in the bedroom, and shower faucet handles that are tight and hard to operate. Despite those, we will return whenever we are in town for the same purpose. (We don't do onsite dining but we are forced to rate that, so we assume it's excellent, too.)

This B&B is a great place to stay. The apartment was huge and comfortable. Our host was very friendly and prepared delicious breakfast. Location is great. Across from Beltline, a short walk from Ponce market and Piedmont park.
5 on February 26, 2016
My husband and I stayed there last week. What is unique about Greenwood B&B is that it is a delightful mixture of B&B and private apartment suite with all the amenities (and more - except a swimming pool) of a very nice hotel. David, the innkeeper, maintains the suite with impeccable detail and hospitality. There is an "business center" right there in the kitchen, with the printer tucked away out of sight in a cabinet. There's Wifi. A full kitchen and a cozy living room. A hairdryer, a walk-in closet, little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion (I could go on and on). And then of course breakfast in the front room at a sweet table for two by the windows. The apartment suite has a private entrance -- it's a perfect mix of B&B hospitality and complete privacy. And the price can't be beat -- it's considerably less expensive than a hotel room of the same or lesser value in that part of Atlanta. Have no reservations about making a reservation! You won't regret it.

This was our first time visiting a bed and breakfast. Nestled in what seemed like a quiet neighborhood, but so conveniently located near shops, parks, and restaurants. The inn keeper was accommodating. The facilities were well kept and clean. I felt as though I was sleeping over at a friend's house. I would recommend this B and B to anyone and hope to return there soon!

Everything you could possibly want and much more! A lovely half-home with lots of space and charm, conveniently located in one of Atlanta's most popular and friendly neighborhoods, within walking distance to most everything including Trader Joe's. Attractive private setting with off-street parking. David's sincere desire in making his guests happy and comfortable is a rare quality that's guaranteed to be appreciated. His culinary skills, kindness and generosity are over the top! We had a wonderful visit and can't wait to return for a longer one!
5 on July 14, 2015
Greenwood Bed & Breakfast is located in a quaint older neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores, and a 5-10 minute drive from Emory University. The location is also within 30 to 35 minutes of the Atlanta airport, even with commuting traffic. David was flexible in allowing our booking even though he had a commitment which prevented us from being able to partake in breakfast (which was not a problem for us). Please note that there is no way to leave a review without entering a Dining score, so I have rated it as outstanding based on other comments which I have read on this site). David offered helpful suggestions on dining and shopping options nearby. As it happened we were caught up in the United computer glitch and had to rearrange our travel plans for a later flight out of Atlanta. As he had no other guests coming in that afternoon, David was great about allowing us to stay until we needed to leave for the airport, which was a huge stress-reliever. The apartment setup is ideal for travelers looking for a bit more space. There is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, as well as a sleep-sofa in the living room area which gave our 17 year old some privacy. The unit was spotlessly clean, with lots of bath towels, a full kitchen, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Nice touches included a coffee machine complete with supplies and a computer with printer so that we were able to print boarding passes. We would definitely return, and hope to arrange it so that next time we can stay for breakfast!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and my only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay. This 1-room B&B offers perfect comfort and privacy. David is a gracious host and makes sure that you are well taken care of for the duration of your stay. His breakfasts were hearty, simple and delicious and the breakfast nook was wonderful for watching the world wander by while enjoying delicious cups of coffee. Finally, the location of this inn is PERFECT for someone brand new to Atlanta, or visiting for the millionth time. Walking distance to Piedmont Park and the new Beltline, you can get anywhere that you'd like by foot or bike, or by hopping on the city transit MARTA. We WILL be back.

We are adding David’s Greenwood B&B to our A-list of great places to stay and highly recommend it as one of the best deals in Atlanta. It has all of the big C's we look for: Clean: everything from bathroom to kitchen. Comfortable: relaxed ambiance with a good bed for sleeping & comfortable sitting areas with adjustable lighting; nothing is pretentious. Convenient: close walking & driving distance to good restaurants, markets, major attractions. Cost: Hard to beat value for a 525 sq. ft. quiet private fully furnished apartment that includes a full breakfast every morning! Capable host/owner: David is a great host: amiable, approachable, and accommodating; very easy to talk to and ask for advice. He's quite a chef who prepares & serves generous portions of delicious breakfasts like fresh spinach, mushroom, onion & cheese omelette with toast, butter & jam and a fresh fruit bowl along with OJ and coffee. Mahalo nui loa(Thank you very much) David for taking such good care of us during our first visit to Atlanta. Aloha, Reynold & Jenny Choy

We were visiting my son who lives in the neighborhood. I loved the convenience of nearby, restaurants (cuisine ranging from Japanese to American bar and grill), Piedmont Park and the privacy of the guest suite. David, the innkeeper, is the perfect host and makes a delicious breakfast! Once we parked our car in the driveway, we never had to use it - everything you need is within walking distance in this charming neighborhood.

The description and pictures advertised were true to the experience. David was a great host. He made a hearty delicious breakfast. He was prompt and accommodating in responding to my requests. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient. The accomodations were charming and comfortable and clean. The bonus of a living room space was ideal for us to relax and we even enjoyed playing a good round of scrabble found on the bookshelf. For those who want to visit the city of Atlanta but don't want the big city high rise feel, this is the place! It felt like home away from home with perks. First on my list to stay when I return to Atlanta.

I had a great time staying at the Greenwood Bed and Breakfast. The location was perfect. I had easy access to the Atlanta Beltway Line, which is a fantastic paved path for biking and walking (both of which I did!). Though it is convenient to many wonderful shops and restaurants, it is on a very quiet street. I can't say enough about the hospitality I received from the Owner, David. He was very friendly and accommodating. He even made sure to cook me vegan breakfasts (which were delicious!). This place is a real gem and I would highly recommend it to people looking for comfort, style, convenience, and peace and quiet in one of Atlanta's best areas!

This was my third stay at Greenwood B&B, and it won't be my last. Perfect location in a charming neighborhood with easy access to Virginia Highlands and Midtown Atlanta. Spacious and clean with a bedroom & bath, a full kitchen, a living area, and a small sunroom that is perfect for breakfast. David is a wonderful host and always makes sure that you have all you need.

This place reminded us of going home to Mom & Dad's (except it was cleaner, lol )! David is very accommodating while at the same time not being intrusive. The way the suite is setup, you have your own living area and only need to engage when you want to. Breakfast was great and David was very accommodating to allergies! It's a nice option to downtown Atlanta hotels and in a much better neighborhood. We will be back!
5 on September 29, 2014
The rooms were very lovely - well decorated, homey, comfortable, well-lit. We wanted to move in there! My wife loves vegetables, and the breakfast he prepared greatly satisfied her. The host was accessible, courteous and respectful. His personality was New York-like; if you're expecting someone with good 'ol southern hospitality feel, you'll want a different place. We'd definitely stay there again.

David Berl knows how to host a guest! When I am in the Virginia Highlands area of Atlanta, I am grateful for the hospitality at David's Greenwood B&B. The private entrance, the feeling of a true home, the minimalist decor, the warmth of the decor, the comfort of the bed, the division between the bedroom and the kitchen/den area, the bathtub with shower, the walking distance to everything needed in the Va Highlands restaurant/shopping area, and the suggestions made by David . . .all are top notch hospitality . . .quiet, comfortable, and just perfect for a getaway, a work/play combo trip, a solo trip, or whatever you need. I am a repeat customer and a tough critic :) Thanks, David . . . Bless your B&B . . . Jane G.

We stayed here for one night back in January and really liked it. It's basically like staying in a comfy, one-bedroom duplex. The kitchen area is pretty complete, so it would be a great place for an extended stay. The little Bohemian dining nook at the front of the house was a lovely spot for breakfast. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. Definitely would stay here again.

We just discovered this BnB and intend to stay here whenever we visit Atlanta. Highly recommended.

Greenwood Bed & Breakfast isn't an alternative to getting a room in a major hotel: it's like staying with friends in their bungalow. There is only one unit, and it's essentially half of the house - a spacious bedroom, a proper kitchen with gas stove, a full-sized refrigerator, an enormous living room, a breakfast nook, a gorgeous bathroom - and it's in a renovated early-mid-century house. Hardwood floors, excellent decor, and a general sense of a real honest-to-goodness home away from home make this the only place I'd ever want to stay in Atlanta. David made our breakfast himself every morning (we were there for almost a week), and he accommodated our grain-free dietary needs without so much as batting an eyelash. Second to none, and a bargain at twice the price, book WELL in advance since there's only one room - and it's totally worth it.

My wife and I were recently at the Greenwood B&B for our anniversary. For both of us, it was our first time at a B&B so we had little to no expectations. The experience was wonderful. David was a very personable guy and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The area the B&B was in was very quiet and the food that David had prepared was delicious. We would highly recommend Greenwood B&B for anyone looking to stay at a place close to the heart of Atlanta.

The host is kind and accommodating, not to mention a master chef! The breakfasts are out of this world! The suite is clean and comfortable, with modern amenities laced among vintage charm. Just like staying in an old friend's home, yet private and relaxing. I highly recommend Greenwood for anyone visiting the area.

David was a wonderful host/innkeeper. We arrived in a torrential downpour and David met us at our car with an umbrella. The next time I require an overnight stay in Atlanta I will definitely call David.

The host David makes your stay in the Virginia Highlands area of Atlanta a welcoming experience - your home away from home. The area is spacious and comfortable, situated on a beautiful side street in this area of Atlanta. David takes pride in providing a breakfast, suited to the individual tastes of his guests and using only top quality ingredients. Two mornings we had to leave very early so he left us a basket of fresh bread, muffins and fruits to start our day. We will definitely stay there again and have recommended this b7b to our friends

Located in the historic Virginia Highlands neighborhood just east of Atlanta Mid-town, Greenwood B&B is the perfect spot for a couples long weekend or the business traveler weary of impersonal hotels. More like having your own residence than just a room, the tastefully decorated space includes a full kitchen, spacious living room, beautiful enclosed sunroom, and private bed and bath. The neighborhood is quiet yet convenient with shops and restaurants within walking distance, and is perfect for strolling or for a morning run. David is an attentive yet inconspicuous host. Breakfast is served daily en suite at your own sunroom bistro table. Highly recommend!

A lovely location and an extremely comfortable suite I would have no hesitation to recommend this b and b to others

This is a real find. Greenwood is ideally situated for the many excellent restaurants in Virginia Highland (a 10 minute walk) in a quiet residential area. The accommodation is very spacious and the excellent breakfast option is as light (our choice) or substantial as required.

This is a good option for people who want more space to spread out. It is essentially a one-bedroom apartment, with a good sized living room and kitchen. While the house is in a lovely residential neighborhood it's a short walk to lively restaurants, bars, and shops. It's also a very short drive to good grocery stores and such for people who are staying around a bit longer. A great value!

Excellent accommodations; felt like we were at home.

David was a perfect host in this lovely, clean and tastefully decorated home. The breakfasts on the sun porch were delicious and the use of a computer, printer, and his driveway for our car were all generous offerings. Virginia Highlands is a charming neighborhood of cute bungalows. i would surely stay here again!

My wife and I are veteran travelers and always seek out B&Bs rather than standard motels and hotels. The Greenwood B&B proved to be an excellent choice -- it's situated in the heart of our favorite Atlanta neighborhood, is surprisingly reasonable, and David is a great host (and good cook). We unhesitatingly recommend it to all travelers.

This was my first time at a bed and breakfast, but my girlfriend and I had a great time. David was really nice, but didn't get in the way; the only time we really saw him was when we checked in, had breakfast, and checked out (which was what we were looking for). While we were gone for the day, he made our bed and cleaned our bathroom, and it seemed like we were entering for the very first time. The rooms are all really nice; there's a sunroom (which is where we ate), a small living room with a nice tv (which has cable and HBO), a kitchen with a full sized fridge, and a bedroom with a bathroom. It would have been too small for a family I think, but for just the two of us it was the perfect size. The Greenwood is also in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but it was only a couple blocks away (easy walking distance) from some nice restaurants and bars. The breakfast was outstanding both mornings we were there. I highly recommend the Greenwood; we had a great time and would definitely go again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Greenwood B & B! We were visiting our daughter in Atlanta and just didn't feel like staying at a hotel this trip. Smart move on our part! The property is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We returned nightly able to relax without parking hassles, noise and the like. Each morning, we were treated to an excellent breakfast at a time convenient to us. David was a very accommodating host! I think we've found a place to return to time and time again. Thanks, David, for a great stay!

Fantastic place to stay! I was in town for business and was fortunate to find the Greenwood B & B. Great location, with easy access to much of Atlanta, and far superior to staying in a hotel! Rooms were clean, neighborhood quiet and innkeeper exceptional and very accommodating. Outstanding breakfasts as well! Fresh ingredients, lots of variety. Kudos to David for getting up early on the weekend to prepare things before my early work schedule! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. . .and am looking to do so again myself the next time I am in town! - Michael, Minneapolis, MN

Greenwood B&B will be my go-to spot when in Atlanta from now on . Walking distance to Virginia Highlands (and my son's apartment). Spacious and comfortable, clean and charming, peaceful and quiet, and reasonably priced. David, the inkeeper, is hospitable and accomodating. He will make sure that all of your needs were met. His breakfasts are delicious. I will never forget the fact that he arrived within minutes of my call regarding a problem with the A/C and fixed it himself at 10:30PM!

Mu husband and I stayed at the Greenwood B&B for a quick getaway to Atlanta to celebrate our one-year anniversary. The Greenwood B&B was recommended to us by a friend, and we are so happy we chose to stay there! It is a charming place in a cute neighborhood, with plenty of space for just the two of us. David was so nice, and made sure we were comfortable and that we felt at home. And we certainly felt right at home! David's breakfasts each morning were outstanding! We found that it was also pretty convenient to most of the activities we had planned to do while we were in Atlanta. We highly recommend Greenwood B&B to anyone looking to stay there, and we definitely plan to stay there again for our next trip to Atlanta! Thanks for everything, David!

This place was really great. First, the place is very convenient to everything in the Virginia Highlands area and Poncey-Highlands. The suite was nicely decorated and impeccably organized and clean and neat with incredible attention to every detail. Very charming. The innkeeper was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfasts were five star down to the coffee. My wife and I highly recommend, and will be back.

This B&B was perfect for my family of 4. David was a great host- he was accommodating to all of our needs and make a great breakfast each morning. We were in walking distance to multiple parks- including Piedmont park. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone that wants to stay in the heart of Virginia Highlands.

We have stayed in several Bed & Breakfast and this one is so charming and cozy. It is like being at home and David takes care of it in a very especial way. One point is cleanliness....it is just impeccable. The breakfast was another bright side of our stay...simple delicious. I would certainly go again and say to my friends and family to go there when in Atlanta....just wonderful ! Also it is important to say that the location is simply perfect...so close to all the interesting sites we wanted to go: CNN, Georgia aquarium, Coca Cola's World, etc......Go there and you wont's regret it.

Our family, two adults and two small children, stayed at the Greenwood Bed and Breakfast recently and had a great experience. David, our host, was very understanding and made sure our stay was an easy one. The accomadations were very nice...much better than a hotel, and in a great part of town. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Our host was so welcoming and we really enjoyed visiting with him. Our suite was even better than advertised. It had everything we could have possibly wanted, even a computer. Breakfast was delicious. We were able to relax and are looking forward to another stay in the future. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at this bed and breakfast. The accomodation was generous, more than just a bedroom! it was very clean and fresh. We also enjoyed being served breakfast!

The innkeeper is kind, considerate, and a great breakfast chef! I was looking for a suite in Atlanta so that I could do business in a place that wasn't just a bedroom as well as have a nice place to stay, and Greenwood B&B fit the bill. It was like my home! I really appreciated the computer and printer too. All the pics you see are actually your suite. Location was great and convenient for the popular Virginia Highlands area (walkable) with all its shops and excellent dining, as well as for downtown (short short commute), and midtown (walkable) Atlanta. I would stay here again and definitely recommend!

The accomodations at Greenwood are quite spacious - living room, sun room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It's like staying in a home rather than a hotel. There is even a computer and printer for guests to use. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown Atlanta. I would definitely stay here again.

We expected one small room, and instead found two - a bedroom and bath of reasonable size, plus a full kitchen, a living room and an enclosed porch. Good AC with good controls. Good size bed and closet; sufficient drawer space; good lighting for reading at night. Our host was attentive and helpful, and not at all intrusive. For us, the location was very good, convenient to the people we were visiting. (We had all our meals elsewhere, so our rating of "Dining" is not valid; but because we did not have breakfasts at the B&B, our host took the initiative to adjust our charges.) We will certainly try to return!

David is a wonderful host that has meitcuolously decorated and maintained a spacious suite in a cozy neighborhood. David has thought of your every need, such as computer, printer, snacks, sodas and other nice amenities in additon to a scrupmtuous made to order breakfast. The location is in the Virginia Highlands that is pretty to walk around and has a variety of fun restaurants. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay here and want for nothing! Michelle in Maryland

We have stayed at the Greenwood B&B at least a dozen times while visiting Atlanta and have always found it to be an excellent value. David is a very low-key host, the service is outstanding and the breakfasts are excellent. We stayed there for a week before Christmas and then again in March for four days while going to the opera, shopping, and yoga. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is by far the very best value to be found in Atlanta. We have always enjoyed our visit!!

What a gem!! David is a wonderful, caring host. His B&B is so very comfortable, much roomier than expected. Altho we opted not to enjoy breakfast due to being with family, I am sure that his food offering matches the superb accomodations!! Will return again without fail when in Atlanta. Comfyyyy bed!! My husband and I stayed at the Greenwood B&B in mid July and were delightfully surprised with our accomodations. The rooms were generous, very tastefully decorated, and a comfortable bed! Having a place to make our own coffee and coctails was a plus. David was the perfect host: he was available when we needed him, but not overbearing, very thoughtful. I have already recomemded this B & B to friends and family when they visit Atlanta.

We were luckily referred to the Greenwood Bed and Breakfast as we made a quick tour of the southeast for our anniversary last weekend. The suite was wonderful! It was spacious, private, comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay or longer visit since it is furnished with a complete kitchen and even a computer/printer. David was a wonderful host...he took time to show us around the suite and told us about the local restaurants (terrific choices!) which were just a few blocks away. I'm not very familiar or comfortable with metro-Atlanta but the Greenwood Bed and Breakfast is tucked away in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood. We will definitely keep David's B&B on file for our next trip to Atlanta!
