Except for the toasting bread and bagels, all baked goods are completely prepared in the Cornerstone Kitchen. After many years of "experimaintenance", our culinary experts have developed treats our guests have been coming back for over and over again. Sanitary one use serving ware is used exclusively. We require all kitchen staff members to have or obtain a Food Handler's Permit by passing the Serve Safe Food Handler's Course.Room #15, named for Great-great grandparents, Lewis Cass & Elizabeth Lacey Tilton. In 1856 Lewis & Lizbeth journeyed by covered wagon to Brown County from Coshocton County, Ohio with 5 children, an ox and a cow. Elizabeth had inherited 40 acres of unsettled Brown County land from her father. Along with several other families from Ohio, they established the town of Bellsville in southern Brown County, now little more than a memory. This room is our tribute to their fortitude and a testimony of our gratitude.
