We booked our elopement package here and could not believe how great everything turned out. First off the price was amazing with everything it included and nothing was done cheaply down to the smallest details. The room was beautiful, The ceremony in the garden was amazing. The wedding officiate was awesome! I felt like the words he spoke were from our hearts. the wedding photographer was the best. The pictures are amazing. Everyone at the B&B did everything to make us feel so welcome. I recommend this place for anyone's wedding. We will definitely be coming back to visit and renew our vows here.

Spent two nights to celebrate my wife's birthday and see the Christmas Lights. Casa de Solana has a great location right in the middle of the Historic District... everything is in walking distance! The hosts are super friendly and the breakfast is a gourmet style meal... the best we've had at a B&B! We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town.

We have stayed in about a dozen B&Bs in St. Augustine over the years, and we think Casa de Solana is one of the best for location, service, and appearance. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very nice and the parlor provides a nice setting to interact with other guests. We were even entertained by a "Paula Dean" impersonator one morning. Hilarious! The breakfasts are generous quiche type offerings with toast, juices, and coffee/tea. You will not be disappointed! This was my first time ever staying at a B&B. I was pleasantly surprised. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The gardens were pretty, quiet and inviting. I do believe the bar has been set high for any future stay at a B&B. Breakfast was very tasty

We had booked a room "The British Suite" to celebrate our 32nd anniversary. It was a very private room tucked away in the attic of this beautiful, quaint and charming colonial Bed & Breakfast. Upon arrival we were personally met and greeted by the inn keeper in the driveway. Basically we were treated like VIPs. We parked in the front pick-up/drop-off area while we took signed in, received our key and a well detailed map of the old city. We took our bag upstairs then parked our car in the designated lot just a few short blocks away. Walking back to the Solana through the cobblestone streets was a walk back in time. We had dinner in an outside café close to the Solana. We walked over to the bay and caught a horse and carriage. We didn't remember the driver's name but the horse's name was Duane. He reminded us of Mr. Ed. He might not of talked but he must have had an IQ of 120 or above and a personality like a human. The ride was so relaxing. By the time we were dropped right in front of the Solana we felt like we had an hour massage. We went upstairs to our very large. There was a decanter with what we thought was red wine but were we surprised. It was more like cognac with the most delightful taste ever. There was a gigantic triangle shaped bathtub in one portion of the room. Very relaxing! The king size bed was like a gigantic pillow. We didn't actually get to sleep till 4am but the sleep we had felt like we slept all night. We both woke up refreshed and ready to go downstairs and enjoy breakfast. In the dining area we were cordially welcomed by Drew and Nice and also the other guests that spent the night there. Drew served us fresh fruit and Nice served us a truly gourmet plate of delicious items she personally made. There was several kinds of coffee, many kinds of premium teas to choose from, several different cereals, grits with butter and many other things. The inn keepers are genuinely friendly and the service was A1. We will definitely be returning.
