Best place I stayed on my whole trip around Florida. Nice decorated rooms which have been absolute clean. Even a handheld shower was installed which was very comfortable. The breakfast on the porch is lovely and all staff has been very friendly.

Each year we stay a Conch House after riding bicycles from Key Largo. Hillary is an outstanding and engaging hostess. We will return again in November.

The most beautiful B&B I ever been. The most beautiful think I ever seen in Key West. The perfect representation of a wood White House in the FL Keys, that is a very important part of a staying in this place. And they are so gentle!

This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. In addition, everyone was so welcoming, informative and helpful in every way. The historic feel of the house is maintained and interiors are beautifully remodeled. The delicious buffet style cold breakfast offered items for all tastes. Comfortable loungers at the private pool area invite you to relax in a lush garden or you can beat the heat in the shade of the porch. This lovely establishment is only a short walk or bike ride from all you would want to see in Key West.

What an amazing B&B! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and informative right from the time I booked to the time I left. The breakfast had fresh fruit, pastries and coffee that were all very delicious. It was so relaxing to eat by the pool and talk to Sam for a little bit. Sadly, I only had one night there. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I look forward to staying at the Conch House next time I'm in the Keys!

Last year in Key West we walked the neighborhoods, looking for somewhere different to stay on our annual visit. We came across the Conch House, liked the location and the appearance, so we decided to try it. We had a wonderful time! Our room (the veranda room) was very spacious, clean and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the actual veranda in the early mornings and watching the traffic and people go by. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful. Loved the freshly baked muffins! We spent late afternoons at the pool, relaxing, reading and enjoying the happy hour margaritas. What made our stay so special was the staff! So personal and pleasant and very accommodating, always willing to help or offer ideas. We look forward to staying there again on our next Key West Get-away!

Loved this Bed and Breakfast! We stayed in the Caribbean and the Frangipani rooms. Close to Duval Street, the Southern Most Point, Hemingway's House and the Butterfly Conservatory. Enjoyed breakfast outside in the morning and meeting other guests. Very clean, friendly service, private and we can't wait to go back!

We stayed in the Delaney suite and we could not fault anything. Staff, accomadtion, breakfast were all amazing. Nothing too much trouble. The peaceful private garden was a haven after the buzz of Duvall Street and Mallory Square. Will definitely be back. Paul & Wendy (UK)
