Charming little spot

4.0 on July 20, 2017

Charming little B&B nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Duval Street. We enjoyed that it was quiet and relaxing. The room we stayed in, the poet room, was great as it had a kitchen and living area. Wish we had planned for that and stayed longer! The breakfast seemed a little mediocre but this was our first visit to a B&B and perhaps just had different expectations.

Hemingway Bungalow

Authentic, and nice decorated bungalow in the true spirit of Ernest Hemingway. Perfect located in middle of Key West. Authors of Key West gave us the true atmosphere of Key West. We loved it.

Great accomodations

3.8 on June 20, 2017

Stayed in the Hemmingway Cottage. Cottage was plenty big but did lack some storage space. Not a big deal unless you travel with way too much. Location was excellent and only a short walk to just about everything of interest as well as dining. Housekeepers were excellent. Noticeable difference in office staff when Barbie was not on site.

The Perfect Spot

4.8 on June 05, 2017

My wife and I were incredibly impressed by this bed and breakfast. It was the perfect little spot for us to stay for our vacation in Key West. It was incredibly accessible (parking was easy and free), was in a nice quiet, beautiful location, and the price was very reasonable. The owner, Barby, was very helpful, and took the time to find out what we wanted to see on the island and show us, on a map, how to get there. She even gave us a few suggestions and gave us coupons for various restaurants, attractions, etc. Of special note was the fact that the owner placed a pack and play for our infant in our room. I would absolutely recommend this bed and breakfast, and I do plan on staying here again!

Quick check-in and check-out; Bicycle arrangement w/o any hassle; location perfect - 15 minute walk to Duval or 8 minute bike ride; Barbie was terrific with recommendations for things to do and eateries. Overall exceptional experience - will be returning this November !!! I would recommend !!!
