In Jacksonville at the turn of the century, 50 mansions lined Riverside Avenue in an area known as "The Row". Today, only two of these fabled homes remain. The Riverdale Inn is one of them. For those that desire a nightcap, the "Gum Bunch Pub" is available for beverages. With all the available amenities of the Riverdale Inn, your stay will be a memorable experience

Greetings, I had the opportunity to stay here for 2 days during a short visit to Jacksonville. The staff was super accommodating, from on-telephone questions answers and special requests prior to arriving throughout our stay. One morning we were even up too late to make breakfast and the team saw us and offered to make us some quick eggs and such -- which were both fabulous and well appreciated as we were famished from our site seeing the day before! Overall, I'd definitely stay again.

Just wanted to say what a wonderful place Riverdale Inn is. I stayed with my daughter for a concert and we had a great time. The room was great and the food was even better. We will be back next time we stay in Jacksonville.

Lovely, quiet place, near Jacksonville but not in the busy, business part of town, close to local attractions and restaurants. The rooms are large and tastefully furnished, in the period of the house, and the breakfasts are truly bountiful. The honor bar is a nice plus, too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riverdale Inn. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, the breakfast delicious and our host was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful relaxing evening on the veranda watching the sunset and enjoyed a stroll along the river. We hope to have the opportunity to return again and stay at this wonderful inn.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Our room was in the old carriage house. It was quiet and had a very large bathroom with tub. You have your choice of breakfast and can eat it in the dining room, on the front porch or the back porch which is nice because coming from the North, we wanted to enjoy every ounce of sun. You are right at the river and Five Points at this inn so you have great walking. Down the street is the Cummer Museum with beautiful gardens and traveling exhibits. Do yourself a favor and stay at this inn and not at some hotel.

Fantastic, nicely updated old manse. Friendly, and warm. Would much rather stay here than a hotel. Rooms are period furnished but there's no lack of modern amenities.
