The pleasure was all mine. I sometimes think I am one of the luckiest people in the world to have such lovely guests. Having guests return is like having family visit. Thank you for your kind words

My two stays at Pearson's Bed & Breakfast, we're both totally pleasant, simple and restful. The proprietor, Catherine, was pleasant, helpful and most generous in her accommodation. It was quiet, cool, and a simple, safe corner of coconut grove, with good walking to the waterfront and all activities. Furthermore, Catherine herself was a pleasure to chat with concerning art, theater, and the goings on of Miami. She is a play-write, and highly sophisticated personality. This I was able to learn from our conversations when I met up with her coming and going from my room on both visits to Miami. I can unequivocally recommend a stay at her B & B, not just for the convenience and uncomplicated accommodations, but for the enrichment of chatting with her if one has the chance, and so desires.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It is always a pleasure to see you no matter how briefly when you come back for visits to Miami. There is something special about seeing people again and again no matter how short our chats. I always have to remind myself that you are busy people and want to get on with your visit. You have always ranked among the special people.

We have stayed with Catherine Pearson at her bed and breakfast for the past 2 years on an annual trip we take to Miami/Key Biscayne. It is PERFECT for our needs! Great location, right on the bike paths through Coconut Grove and Coral Gables, close to fine dining, parks, and shopping, and a short drive from Key Biscayne and South Beach. We enjoyed talking to Catherine, loved the convenience of not having to deal with elevators, parking lots, and the high prices of nearby hotels. It was so convenient to park on the street, have our own access to the room, which included a small refrigerator and microwave, and the flexibility of dealing with a personable single owner and not a hotel chain. We did not have the breakfast there because we were up early riding bicycles every morning.
Thank you for the nice things you said about my B&B. It is always a pleasure to see your happy faces returning again. This area has wonderful places to visit. You both take advantage of them.

We engaged the room without breakfast and were pleasantly surprised to find a delicious fruit platter upon our arrival. All of our requests were promptly attended to, and the hostess Catherine was pleasant and friendly. The room was comfortable and well supplied. We certainly hope to stay at Pearson House again when we visit South Miami/Coconut Grove.
Thank you for your kind words. Over the years I am always grateful when warm, interesting people stay here. You two were among the most unique. I couldn't help thinking after meeting you that you must provide such a delight to your family. You are welcome here any time. Peace be with you always.

Really enjoyed the peace and quiet this private home had to offer-- as opposed to the hustle and bustle of a hotel-- accomodations just as nice... a very "homey" atmosphere and much more reasonable than any hotel in the area-- conveniently close to everything and innkeeper very hospitable! We stayed 5 nights and would do it again in a heartbeat!
Just found the review. Thank you for your kind words. It was truly a delight to have you and your husband as guests. I hope someday you will return and bring the new baby due in May 2008 with you. Peace be with you all.
