Ricky and Tracey made our stay at their home most enjoyable. Location was excellent for walking to town for shopping, restaurants and live music at the local bars. Breakfast was superb especially the warm homemade blueberry scones and cold fresh fruit each morning. We also enjoyed taking a dip in the pool to cool off after site seeing during the day. Our room and the entire Inn, including the grounds, were exactly what the pictures showed. We intend to visit the Hoyt House again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amelia Island. Excellent stay because of Ricky and Tracey the owners and Inn Keepers!

Best B&B in Florida!!! Ricky and Tracy were consummate hosts, seeing to our every need. Spot-on recommendation for dining, perfect for all occasions. We went to get away from the stress of our daily business, etc.. The Hoyt House B&B was perfect, nice rooms, service, pool, friendly staff and easy location for walking the historic down town of shops, pubs and food houses. Would recommend this to those to like B&B stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Hoyt House!! Ricky and Tracey were the ultimate hosts. Superb breakfast offerings and a wine and cheese hour. They supply bikes to ride as well as towels for the beach. Definitely worth the visit and experience. We will be staying with them again.

I wanted some place special for my wife and I to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary and the Hoyt House Bed & Breakfast Inn on Amelia Island, Fl was just the place. A beautifully old home, richly restored. The rooms are beautiful with luxurious linens and cookies baked by the inn keeper- Tracey. The grounds of this home are beautiful. The pool area and hot tub were a wonderful end of the day treat under a stars and full moon night during our stay. Breakfasts are delicious and made to order from a menu of several selections. The prefect location within walking distance to several fine restaurants and many interesting shops. Ricky and Tracey were absolutely perfect hosts!! We look forward to one day returning soon.
