A short stay but what a find Kelmscott House

4.2 on August 16, 2011

My son Christopher and this new wife Hannah came across this well presented and excellent guest house just within Eversholt village as he was looking for over night accommodation to follow their wedding and it needed to be close to their reception at Eversholt hall and this place ticked all the right boxes having just being a few or so minutes drive away from the venue he booked 2 on suite double rooms for the four of us. we arrived at the door to a warm welcome by proprietors Tom and Cheryl, we were shown to our rooms with their immaculate decor and high levels of comfort to meet you. our room had french doors leading on to a balcony over- looking the lovely well kept large rear garden. In the morning the breakfast was of a very good standard with as much or a little as you liked, Tom kept the tea and coffee coming in abundance. the price paid for our stay was well worth the money spent,we all had a short but very enjoyable and relaxed time, some Big 5 star hotels we have stayed in the past can't match the friendly and polite hospitality Tom & Cheryl offered and nothing seems to much trouble for mine hosts to keep their guest's happy, Carl & Dianne Homer Cradley Heath West Midlands
