Stayed here 2 nights in August 2018 to attend a wedding in the area. Although the weather wasn't the best, the inn was wonderful! Greeted by Jodie at my arrival who took me right to my room. I was in the Orchard Room...fantastic and comfortable king size bed. Closet and bureau, ample enough for clothing I brought for the weekend...would even work for a longer stay. Bathroom, very clean, jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Although I had to walk to a separate building for breakfast it was worth it...delicious breakfast in lower basement dining hall but wonderfully decorated. Separate tables for guests which you don't always find at B & Bs. Food was served at a leisurely pace and was excellent. I'll definitely make my way back there...Mystic very close by and easy to get to. Give Stonecroft Country Inn a try...don't think you will be disappointed!
We are sorry about the weather, but glad you still had a good stay with us. We take pride in our Inn and the accommodations. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so we want to make sure it is a good amount and delicious. We hope to see you again!

My husband and I stayed for several days in the Briar Rose room, which had a lovely luxury-rustic style and was kept very clean! We made a lot of use of the TV (onside DVD collection!) and jacuzzi tub, as well as the delicious breakfasts served by the hosts every morning! The location was very close to scenic Mystic and not far from Boston and other East-coast towns, so it was a great home base for exploring, but also so cute and cozy for staying in and relaxing. One thing to keep in mind are quiet hours - might cramp some people's style, but walls are not sound proof, so this rule is probably very helpful in making everyone's stay more enjoyable. We certainly enjoyed it - thank you very much to our attentive hosts for a great stay that made for an even better honeymoon! :)

We have had the opportunity to enjoy stays at bed and breakfasts over the years and Stonecroft Country Inn compares very well. First, the historical character of the three buildings is worth experiencing. The hosts are very helpful and share historical information about the Inn. Also, the proximity to Mystic, CT is convenient. We were given dining recommendations that led to excellent meals.

We spent our honeymoon week here and are so glad we did! We had a delightful stay. We stayed in the Shubel suite and it was absolutely perfect. The room was huge, and very private, unlike most bed and breakfasts! It had a private porch overlooking beautiful scenery. The bed was sooo comfortable. The bathroom was also huge and had two sinks which was a nice extra. Not to mention the nice jacuzzi to relax in. Breakfast was delicious every morning! We enjoyed a different variety every time. Scott and Jodie were absolutely wonderful. They were so sweet and accommodating, always willing to offer help or information about things to do around town. We will definitely be returning!

I went with my mom & at the last minute my aunt decided to join us. The owners were incredibly nice and provided us with a bigger room which was incredibly comfortable for all of us. The grounds are large with lots of places to sit and relax outside. We were given really good recommendations for restaurants and vineyards. The inn was fairly close to Mystic and Stonington, though you will need to drive to be in those towns. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay at the Stonecroft Country Inn again!

My vacation at the Stonecroft Inn was excellent. It was the perfect place to relax & have some quiet time away from the city. Scott & Joadie treated all of us Like family. The food was awesome and the rooms were cozy & comfortable. In the evenings we sat outside & enjoyed the moment. I will definitely return next year.
