Very satisfied, great room, breakfast was very good, grounds are beautiful, quiet and very relaxed experience. Located close to downtown which is a great treasure, would recommend the Blue Skies to anyone without hesitation!
We had a lovely stay at the Old Town Guesthouse B&B. The staff was friendly and waited up for us to arrive so they could give us a proper tour of our room. The room was very accommodating and had some incredible features. The breakfast then next day was very delicious.
This was our first time at a B&B and it was absolutely wonderful. The place was clean, beautiful and very friendly. The breakfast was the best meal we had while in Manitou Springs. We will definitely come back here and recommend. Thank you!
The Rusted Poppy is an unexpected delight! Nestled in a residential area, this historic home is lush with antiques and quirky charm. The gardens include fire pits, a spacious gazebo, fountains and beautiful perennial beds. Breakfast was seasonal and simply delicious! Location is within walking distance of shopping and the river walk. We will definitely return to visit this hidden treasure!
My family members all rented different accommodations to attend a wedding in the area. A number of us had cabins or rooms at Eagle Fire Lodge and we were all happy with our rooms. Owner was very nice and helpful.
Food was fabulous, Ron was super easy to get along with, very friendly and lots of great ideas on things to do and places to hike. Beautiful place and great view of pikes peak. Would definitely go again. Thanks Ron !!
We booked short noticed, as a staycstion. And the fine detail and acknowledgment that this was your room your get away your visit was very welcoming, respectable, outstanding. It made a very stressful day turn into a very relaxing day. The owners take care of you like people like family. We will be back. Thank you
I always stay here on the way to New Mexico, and stay again on the return trip. In the morning I like to go for a walk downtown before the healthy breakfast. I also like to walk across the street to have dinner at the Greek restaurant Jake & Telly. It is also close to Garden of the Gods, which is a quick drive. I like the room decor of all the rooms. But I like The Old Cactus room the best, because of the southwest look.
Both my wife and I were very pleased with the room and the owners knowledge of the area and the history of the house. The breakfasts reflected the farm to fork philosophy and were very delightful.
We stayed at this B&B for 5 nights in August 2016. This place is beautiful! The pictures on the website don't do it justice. We did not eat on site but Debbie had cookies in the cookie jar and made muffins one morning to celebrate a guest's birthday and they were delicious so I'm guessing her breakfasts are great, too. Two very minor things I noticed that I don't feel affected my satisfaction with our stay but are worth noting. Our hot water went off and on during showers so they were always a little exciting, and the linens smelled very strongly of fabric softener. Some people may love that smell but it was a little strong for me. It wasn't a big deal and I would definitely stay here again! It was just beautiful and the innkeepers were the perfect balance of helpful but not hovering. Housekeeping did a great job, the amenities were great, and the scenery was fantastic!
This was one of the nicest, friendliest places we have ever stayed! We usually try to stay at a B&B when we travel and have been doing this for years. This was by far one of the best places! I was thinking we were just checking out the area and staying a few nights but we loved it here so much we stayed an extra night! Colorado Springs has a lot to do. You must check this place out and stay there! Kim and Dave and great people who go the extra mile to make your stay perfect! Loved it! Thank you! Debbie and Vince Berg
The historic setting, antique furnishings, and hospitality of the inn keepers made the week's stay perfect. The highlight of the accommodations was the breakfasts each day! There's plenty of areas to meet for that evening bottle of wine before heading out to great restaurants within walking distance. Definitely will return for our next trip to C Springs.
Really enjoyed staying at the Lennox House. The decor was lovely Victorian. The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The host went out of his way to serve us. Highly recommend.
