Privacy, solitude and romance. Delicious, hearty breakfasts are included in your room rate, and are served outside on the deck. Wake up to the sounds of nature and a rushing mountain stream. Perfectly located on two acres of land and only six minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs. Two spacious, warm, romantic suites with private entrance and private full baths awaits your arrival. Personal service is our intent as we accommodate only two sets of special guests per night. When you've finished with your day unwind in the famous Hot Springs Pool and/or dine in one of Glenwood Springs' fine restaurants. But wait, you're not done yet. Grab a bottle of wine and enjoy your own private campfire down by the stream. How romantic is that? We are simply Glenwood's best!

Due to other obligations, our 25th Anniversary sort of snuck up on us and we didn't really have any plans. A quick internet search around one of our favorite places to visit, Glenwood Springs, and the B&B on Mitchell Creek popped up. I believe there are no accidents and so Stan, the owner, had availability for the very weekend we wanted. It turned out to be perfect!!! The gentle roar of the creek to fall asleep by was truly soothing to our tired, city souls. Food was great and plentiful! Setting is perfect for a mountain getaway. Private firepits are a really nice amenity for romantic wine sipping.

Stan is a great host he wants you to have the best stay possible, he serves up an awesome breakfast and the rooms are clean and comfortable, We would recommend this place for anyone one who wants to stay away from the city but close enough to call it the city. Just a few minutes to get to town to enjoy shopping, nice dinner or the hot springs,

We found the Mitchell Creek B&B totally by accident, and boy did we luck out! Stan was courteous and friendly, even going so far as to give us a bottle of wine! The rooms were clean, the views breathtaking, and falling asleep to the sounds of the Creek while tucked away in the Canyon, well, it's something we'll never forget.

Our stay with Stan at Mitchell Creek did not disappoint. The room was excellent and the breakfast was simply amazing. Stan made us feel welcome and shared some of his life experiences that made us laugh. Mitchell Creek is a great place hide away in the hillside.

I stayed here with my two daughters. The room was very spacious for all three of us. Stan was an excellent host providing us with a few forgotten toiletries and drying our pool towels. Breakfast was AMAZING and fit for a king. Can't wait to come again.
