Estes Park Bed and Breakfast is a warm and inviting home-away-from-home. We are in a wonderful location, only a short walk to downtown activities, yet surrounded by trees in a quiet setting up on a hill. A perfect destination for a group gathering to have the entire place to yourselves, or a single king room for some peaceful relaxation.

Sheila welcomed us warmly, and when asked, graciously provided insider tips on the weather, dining, and touring Estes Park. She was a wonderful blend of being available when we needed her, but not intrusive when we wanted to be by ourselves. The location is close enough to easily walk into town yet without the noise and bustle of the thoroughfare. Being on the far edge of town, a trip to the park did not require us to have to negotiate the town traffic.

We picked this B&B because of past reviews. It did not disappoint us. In fact, it exceeded our expectations in every respect. Great Location: Within walking distance of downtown, yet located in a quiet residential area. Rooms: We had the King Room. It was large and had a very comfortable bed Common Area: The whole top floor of the B&B was guest space, including a huge common living room with fireplace, a large TV and several leather couches and chairs, a game table, etc. Breakfast: Outstanding! We were there two nights, and both mornings the breakfasts were top notch. Starting with a fruit dish and followed by a delicious main dish. The blueberry pancakes were over the top. Hostess: Sheila was very attentive and friendly. She was also very accommodating and really made us feel at home in her home. Outdoor Facilities: Include a hot tub, several lounging areas, a hammock, a BBQ area. We did not use them but everything looked attractive. Overall: Compared with other establishments in Estes Park, this B&B will definitely be the best value for your money Art & Carol, Colorado Springs

My husband and I stayed 5 nights at the Estes Park B&B. Sheila was quick to communicate and accommodate our needs.Upon arrival, Sheila was courteous, helpful, and had great suggestions for how we might enjoy the park. She had a 24/7 coffee/tea and cookie service with plenty of cool water in the main shared space. She had several picture books and guide books for the park as well as a multitude of movies to watch (we never got a chance because we were so busy). Sheila provided multi-course, delicious breakfast for us each day and was an absolute delight in all ways! The accommodations were convenient, clean, spacious and the hospitality was first class! Thank you for such a memorable and pleasant stay!!

This was the loveliest and most comfortable place I have ever stayed in Estes Park. Sheila is a fabulous cook and hostess with many nice amenities available, such as good coffee and scrumptious cookies, cold drinks and ice cream, and it is a short walk to town. We had my elderly parents travelling with us and they appreciated the outside covered patio for afternoon relaxing as well as Sheila's considerate accommodations. The breakfasts are also the best I have ever had in Estes Park! I highly recommend and hope to return someday. Thank you Sheila! Especially for the ripe Colorado peaches.

Sheila was an absolutely fantastic host! The house was in even better condition than we expected and we felt absolutely comfortable during our stay. We stayed for two nights. She refreshed our bed each night and kept everything perfect. Sheila is also a fantastic cook. For the first morning, she made French toast with chicken sausage. She also made blueberry and caramelized banana syrups. We were craving the food all day! For the second morning, she made a potato and chicken bake with blueberry muffins and yogurt parfait. We really, really didn't want to leave! Overall, the experience was wonderful and well worth the price. We would stay here again!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend get away from the city and to enjoy some hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. It's extremely convenient to downtown, the park, and other nearby trails. Sheila was such a lovely host. We loved the movie and book selection as well as the fresh baked goods on the coffee/tea bar. We hung out in the back in the hammock and loved using the hot tub under the stars at night and the breakfast was delicious. I'm gluten free and Shelia made everything to accommodate that. We would absolutely come back!

We absolutely enjoyed our first stay at a bed and breakfast, the hosts were so polite and accommodating. The location is perfect, you can walk to just about anywhere in town and its tucked just far enough away from the bustle of town. We will definitely be back!!

Shiela was a wonderful host. Everything from check-in to checkout was great. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the living room area was FULL of almost any movie you can imagine. The outdoor hot tub felt great in the cold weather. We enjoyed the 24 hour coffee, tea, and hot cocoa bar with fresh baked cookies. The breakfast was fantastic and very filling. I can't wait to come back and stay here!

We very much enjoyed our overnight stay. All the comfort of home. Easy check in, cookies, treats in the refridgerator, bathrobes, we were spoiled. Property is located within walking distance of the Riverwalk, which was a plus. Breakfast was fantastic. We totally felt at home. Looking forward to our next visit.
