Warmth and Friendliness at Patterson Inn

5 on September 14, 2018

We stayed for three (3) nights in the Da Vinci room 9/8 to 9/11. What a wonderful inn, our room had a patio which was so relaxing after touring Denver. The innkeepers were so accommodating they did everything possible to make our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend staying at Patterson Inn. Dolores & Bob B.

Birthday Visit

We stayed in the Library for my birthday, and it could not have been any better! Susan checked us in and was very helpful and informative, There was a bottle of prosecco, chocolates, and an extremely nice birthday card waiting for me in the room from the staff, and the breakfast served was excellent. I really can't say enough good things about the Inn!

A weekend getaway.

We were looking for a short getaway for the heat of DFW and chose this B and B We were extremely pleased with the beauty and comfort of the wonderful property. There was one issue of us being mistakenly placed in the wrong room. The GM contacted us that evening while were at dinner to see if we would like to move rooms as our current room was much smaller and was so apologetic. We told her that it was not necessary and we loved where we were at. She was an absolute charm and we will most definitely make this a destination in the near future.

Our First Visit To Patterson Inn

5 on August 02, 2018

We were helping our son move into his condo two blocks away on same street so it was a wonderful surprise to find this gorgeous inn so close. After a day of moving and cleaning it was sheer heaven to retire to the beautiful Biltmore Room (King four poster bed with luxurious bedding, Blue and white room that was just stunning.) The bathroom was beautifully appointed and had a large soaker jacuzzi tub that called my name. Wine was waiting for us in the room with a small snack which was such a nice touch and truly appreciated. Upon booking the reservation the Inn contacted me to confirm arrival time as they close after 7pm I believe. Given we were so close my husband stopped by earlier and got instructions to enter after the front desk left. Breakfast was included and they were thoughtful to ask if either of us had any dietary issues. Parking was also included and although there are only a few spots in front of the inn, there is reserved parking at a lot two blocks down which is where we parked. This was not an issue at all. Breakfast was included and served in a lovely parlor and included yogurt, granola, fresh fruits and the hot meal that day was spinach pancakes with apple chicken sausage. There was a lovely young women who greeted us, set up the breakfast and made the hot meal. It was all so very relaxing. After our visit my husband and I decided not to buy a sofa bed for my son's condo to sleep on when we visit him because we would rather book a room at the Patterson Inn.

Enjoyed my stay

It was pretty hot in my room, although I know that's because of the heat wave. People on the street can also see right into the room unless you pull the curtains completely. Lighting in the bathroom was a little dim, parking was hard. Otherwise, all was fine and nice location.
