We had a lovely stay at the Old Town Guesthouse B&B. The staff was friendly and waited up for us to arrive so they could give us a proper tour of our room. The room was very accommodating and had some incredible features. The breakfast then next day was very delicious.

This was our first stay at a Bed & Breakfast! It was amazing! Great views from our private balcony with a hot tub. We will go back when we return to Colorado.

We booked short noticed, as a staycstion. And the fine detail and acknowledgment that this was your room your get away your visit was very welcoming, respectable, outstanding. It made a very stressful day turn into a very relaxing day. The owners take care of you like people like family. We will be back. Thank you

I always stay here on the way to New Mexico, and stay again on the return trip. In the morning I like to go for a walk downtown before the healthy breakfast. I also like to walk across the street to have dinner at the Greek restaurant Jake & Telly. It is also close to Garden of the Gods, which is a quick drive. I like the room decor of all the rooms. But I like The Old Cactus room the best, because of the southwest look.

This was one of the nicest, friendliest places we have ever stayed! We usually try to stay at a B&B when we travel and have been doing this for years. This was by far one of the best places! I was thinking we were just checking out the area and staying a few nights but we loved it here so much we stayed an extra night! Colorado Springs has a lot to do. You must check this place out and stay there! Kim and Dave and great people who go the extra mile to make your stay perfect! Loved it! Thank you! Debbie and Vince Berg

Kim & Dave operate a modern, relaxing and wheelchair accessible B&B. We enjoyed Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon trails, local microbreweries and more. Our personal requests were handled with cheer, and each breakfast was healthy, delicious and photo-worthy. Highly recommended for couples, young and old.

Pros: The hosts allowed for our late arrival, due to travel issues; the room was just as described on the website (very roomy and well-appointed); complimentary drinks and some snacks were available to us, but those areas had very little lighting at the time; breakfast was well prepared and delicious. Cons: Overpriced in my opinion for what is received (for example, the breakfast was tasty but not outstanding or unusual); the hosts are nice people, I'm sure, but somewhat lacking in the type of hospitality I have experienced with other hosts; my main complaint is that they would not accept my gift certificate from bedandbreakfast.com because I reserved the room through Trip Advisor instead of through them directly, and I was counting on that to offset the cost of staying there (quite a disappointment to the travel budget!)

We had a wonderful time with you. The food was excellent and displayed so beautifully. We enjoyed having the library to spend time in the evening just visiting. Thank you so much.

Was comfortable with many details to help make the stay nice. Clean and quaint in great location.
Moroccan Jasmine: An airy, cheerful room decorated with authentic ethnic Moroccan artifacts. You have a spacious bath with a wonderful two person sauna/steam shower. Gaze out on Pikes Peak from your second floor balcony. Queen size bed.
Explorer: Enjoy extraordinary privacy in this quiet nook reminiscent of an eccentric globetrotter's cherished retreat. This is our most traditional "hotel" room, which enjoys an adjacent sundry-filled butler's pantry and provides a queen bed, a spacious bath with walk-in shower--plus ample curiousities--but no balcony or patio.
Old Town Cactus: The art work commemorates the cowboy poetry society. Your private two person sauna/steam shower is a delight, and you can look forward to enjoying the sunset over Pikes Peak from your private balcony. Queen size bed.
Victorian Rose: Just close the door to this lovely room and it's 1902 - but with all the comforts of the 21st Century. The view of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods from your private balcony with hot tub is amazing and a fire in your fireplace is a delight. Queen size bed.
Oriental Poppy: With the feel of the Far East and artifacts from several Asian countries, we know you'll find your stay here peaceful and relaxing. The room features a private balcony with a view of Pikes Peak and your own private two-person hot tub. There is also a fireplace to warm you on those brisk Colorado evenings. Queen bed.
Indian Paintbrush: A suite with a daybed alcove, this room is decorated with native American artifacts and an organic log bed. The area in front of your fireplace allows you to cozy up to read or to have quiet conversation. Your hot tub overlooks the city and Pikes Peak. Queen and twin size beds. (Third person $35 extra.)
Colorado Columbine: A cozy Colorado ski and fishing lodge with night-blue walls and a mountain mural all accented by vintage sports accessories. Enjoy the relaxed sitting area in front of the fireplace, or sit on your balcony and enjoy the cityscape after a day of sightseeing. Two-person private sauna/steam shower. King bed.
African Orchid: A mosquito netted four posted bed right "Out of Africa" dominates this room. It is decorated with artifacts and photographs from the Serengeti. From your private hot tub high above the street you look out over the Front Range and Cheyenne Mountain. Queen size bed.
