We had a lovely stay at the Foxes in Sutter Creek, CA. The room we had, called the Hideaway was one of the nicest rooms we’ve had in the forty years or so we have been staying at B&Bs. Breauwas wonderful and Sutter Creek is a delightful place to visit.

We stayed here in August and felt so much at home. The place is full of adorable little touches and is run with a clear passion for what they do. An amazing breakfast was enjoyed in a beautiful garden!

I stayed here with friends this August and could not have asked for more! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The inn is full of little touches and decorations that made us feel at home and welcome. There was water with strawberries and mint in it as we entered and the breakfast was amazing! I would come back in a heartbeat!!

We so enjoyed our visit to Foxes Inn. The proximity to downtown shops, in town winery tasting and restaurants, could not have been better. Truly a simple walk everywhere we went - a trip to actual wineries is a car ride. Wine tasting in town is nearby and excellent. If you want to go to a winery, the Helwig winery is beautiful - with incredible sunsets! We didn't know Foxes Inn was owned by Helwig Winery but found out and our room key got us discounts at the winery. We enjoyed a Friday evening concert at the winery and then returned for a 2nd concert and dinner on Saturday night too, complete with shuttle ride so no driving concern. Great wine, wonderful view and tons of fun! We brought a bottle (or two) back to enjoy in the evening outside on the patio. Great place, we'll be back for sure!

We stayed in the Blue Room for a wine trip. The room was very nice and cozy. The TV is tiny, although we didn't watch it, if you're wanting to, it's very small. We had breakfast in our room one morning, and it was very good. We would stay here again, it's very quaint!

The room was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities we could want. We have a baby so having the fridge and breakfast served in the room was perfect. The breakfast was to die for! The scones melt in your mouth. The staff were friendly and helpful and Sophie the cat was such a sweetheart. The freshly baked cookies was an added bonus! We will definitely stay here again.
