We have quickly fallen in love with the quiet pace, beautiful vistas and fabulous food and wine of the region. Coupled with a year-round temperate climate, this is a wonderful destination to explore, no matter what the season. Conveniently located just two blocks from the historic Sonoma Plaza, the Inn at Sonoma's casual California decor extends to the 27 well-appointed guest rooms, each with a king, queen or two queen beds and a fireplace. Most rooms also feature a private balcony and some feature a jetted spa tub. After your sumptuous breakfast, borrow the inn's bicycles to tour the backroads of the charming town, or walk to unique shops and cafes. For the more adventurous, try a hot air balloon or glider ride. Our complimentary afternoon wine and hors d'oeuvres will welcome you back to the inn. After enjoying dinner at one of the town's highly acclaimed restaurants, end your day with a soothing soak in the outdoor hot tub.

We needed a stay for one evening and booked with the inn. We wished we could have stayed longer. It is very quaint and lovely and the staff was kind and helpful. The rooms are small, but perfect for the two of us. The cheese and wine in the evening is perfect before heading to dinner. Plus, the inn is within walking distance to the square. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Sonoma.

Any Four-Sisters' Inn is delightful. Their breakfasts are especially delicious. Good cookies, wine, & appetizers, also.

Spacious room, very clean. Room very close to the main road so was a little noisy. No fitness center, this is a fairly major drawback for me. On-site parking was very convenient. Very good in-room coffee/tea service.

A thoroughly welcoming inn. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The breakfast and the evening cheese and wine were very good. The inn was well located, within walking distance of good restaurants and many of Sonoma’s places of interest.

The room was small and the WiFi intermittent. However it was clean and the breakfast was great. The location was very convenient.

A short walk to downtown, convenient parking, a tasty breakfast and good coffee and tea selections. Rooms are clean and comfortable, it is a solid 3¿¿ +inn. There is one electric 30A charge point which was nice to be able to "top up" the car overnight.

This is a quiet, clean, and classy place within two blocks of the wonderful Sonoma town square, which offers all sorts of great shops and restaurants. The staff at the Inn is excellent as well. We are already planning a trip there again next year.

I love Four Sisters properties, but was less than enchanted by this one. To really go all out on a review, my stay must include the appropriate level of value for the price level. This one did not. The property was beautiful and immaculately clean. The bedding was comfortable. The room came with a fireplace and spa tub, both of which worked well. Sadly, the room was very small to the point where finding floor space for two suitcases was a challenge. The thermostat did not work well. We estimate the heat was at least 15 degrees above where the temperature was set. The faucets at the sink were not intuitive for on and off, and the faucet was set in the sink at a place where the water hit the edge of the bowl and splashed onto the sink top. I know these things and a few others are small, but they were very annoying. I did not feel the service staff was as friendly as at other Four Sisters inns. Breakfast was nice and delicious as always. The hotel does have a second building which does not have an elevator. If this is an issue, ask for a room in the main building. Bottom line...I really wanted to love this hotel, but I feel there are other options at this price level that we will probably try next time.
