Best B&B in the Santa Inez Valley

5 on April 12, 2018

Then my wife and I go wine tasting in the Santa Inez area we always stay at the Mirabelle Inn. Everything is first rate! We highly recommend that you stop by the Coquelicot Estate Tasting Room in Los Olives for complimentary wine tasting!!!

Excellence at the Mirabella!

5 on April 02, 2018

My husband and I enjoyed every moment at the Mirabella, we were pampered to the max, from the staff, room, the bed, the wine, the breakfast (which by the way we had breakfast with the owner and he is wonderful too), to the free tickets to wine tasting in Los Olivas at there taste room...............it was just OUTSTANDING. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get pampered at a reasonable price!

Great place to stay!

Very clean and nice rooms. The bathrooms are small and could use some updating. We got woken up to some hammering upstairs at 8:00 am, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Charming and ideally located!

3.8 on March 23, 2018

My husband and I stayed at the Mirabelle Inn and Restaurant for a couple of days. It was our first time visiting Solvang and we were pleased to find that the inn was located only a couple of blocks away from the main commercial streets, as well as museums. We stayed at Room #9, which was really spacious and comfortable, and enjoyed complimentary wine and delicious homemade cookies. The staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious (although I do wish they were more flexible with vegetarian options), and the inn itself was lovely. If I visit Solvang again, I will definitely stay in this inn once more and I highly recommend it. My main piece of feedback is that their website could have more pictures of each individual room — I think that would have made it easier to decide on which one to make reservations for.

Wonderful

We stayed at the Mirabelle while visiting Solvang for the 2018 century ride. The rooms are spacious, clean and elegantly appointed. It was very quiet. The on-site concierge, Tommy, was welcoming and friendly. He accommodated our need to have an early breakfast before the ride. He also let us use the parking lot for the day, and offered a warm place to change after the ride. The hotel is in the heart of Solvang, easily walkable to shops and dining. Overall we felt well taken care of. Definitely will stay there again on future trips to Solvang.

Fantastic Find

4.6 on March 12, 2018

We stayed here for a long weekend for the Solvang Century bike ride. LOVED it. We had room 9 which was quiet, big and roomy and very cute. Fireplace and big tv, as well as that charm you look for in a place like this. Tommy checked us in, was there for breakfast Saturday and amazing. Even loaned us umbrellas when the rain hit. They thought of everything. The place, everywhere from the bathroom to the room, hallways, stairs, breakfast area were immaculate. We didn't try the restaurant as it wasn't our taste on the menu. Breafkast was tea, coffe, juice, pastries and yogurt with granola and fresh fruit. The offered one hot dish that was served to you. The morning I ate in the dining room it was Avocado toast with 2 eggs and bacon. More then enough food and delicious. Only thing is there wasn't a choice for breakfast...just the one hot item if you wanted it, otherwise continental items. All was delicious! Free bottle of wine in your room as well as a free wine tasting at their vineyard. Timing didn't work for us to try it but another couple did and loved it. Worth every penny!

Fabulous small Inn

What a delightful surprise this rehabbed old Inn was. One of my favorites ever and I travel a lot. So perfectly and thoughtfully decorated, great bed and linens and gracious hosts. I have a longer review on tripadvisor. Love this Inn and we will be back.

Nice location

3.6 on January 02, 2018

We chose this place because it looked really nice. Very close to the main streets. We booked a room that was handicapped accessible near elevator on second floor (Room 4). When we checked in, there was a fowl odor (sulfur) in the room so we were moved to the room next door. The room was nice but the bed was so high off the floor that we had to climb onto the bed. Made it difficult for my husband to get in and out of bed. Might suggest a small step stool in room 3 for shorter people. Breakfast consisted of yogurts, fruit and pastries or scones, but each day the hot meal was toast with a fried egg, sauteed mushrooms, cheese or avocado and bacon. Would be nice to have more choices. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful when we encountered the few snags had.

Great Experience! You will WANT to stay here!

We booked this B & B to visit Solvang for some Christmas shopping. We booked through Bookings.com and received a wonderful rate on our two rooms. We arrive early, and Rachael was able to upgrade our rooms at NO COST and gave us access to our rooms immediately. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed and have larger-sized shampoo and soaps. The location is great! Parking is super! The property was fresh and very tastefully furnished. After dinner and later in the evening, we enjoyed playing card games in the lounge upstairs. Thomas prepared some wonderful cocoa for us to sip as we played on. The breakfast served in the morning was plentiful and fresh and cooked to order. This was just an unbelievable stay and was very attractively priced. You cannot miss if you choose this property!

Best small place to stay in Southern California

5 on December 25, 2017

Best little kept secret. Fantastic service upon entering. The ten that takes care of the place is without a doubt the best team any inn could want. The first and oak is right now the best restaurant I have ever been too. I work in the food industry, ran my own catering company. And the chef there, finally gave me the best meal I have ever had in my life. If you are a foodie and love good inn places, this is a must. Best place I have also stayed at to date.
