The wonderful, luxurious Avalon B&B

5 on September 16, 2018

Had a wonderful, relaxed stay at Avalon. It's enchanting, nestled within majestic redwood trees, so comfortable and Hilary couldn't be a more outstanding hostess. Our breakfasts were gourmet, served with a smile. I highly recommend a stay!

Total package

Everything from the location surrounded by forest to the property and the home itself was awesome. Hillary, Gary and AJ were great host and provide a wonderful breakfast and some great wine and cheese for the afternoon. Our room was spacious and allowed for some nice down time. Highly recommend Avalon.

Everything about this place and the sense of home that Hilary and Gary create is magical. The ambiance of the place in the midst of old redwoods, the fire pit on the deck for moonlight conversations, the amazing breakfasts prepared by Hilary - everything exceeded expectations. We were there for our honeymoon and had little treats left on our bed and rose petals scattered on our bed. So fun! We will be back! The food was great and I asked Hilary for recipes so I can make some of these things at home!

We love it there!

Wonderful stay at Avalon

I recently spent a weekend in Sonoma and stayed at Avalon Bed & Breakfast. It was absolutely wonderful. Avalon is nestled in the forest and the hosts are incredibly accommodating. If you'd like an intimate stay at a special place, you should stay here! Linda G.

Wonderful place to stay!

Everything about our stay at Avalon was outstanding. From check in to check out, everything was flawless. The afternoon wine and snacks along with fresh baked cookies were delicious. Breakfasts are to die for. They have all the amenities you can think of for your room. Avalon was the highlight of our entire trip and we are looking forward to our next chance to visit!

Fairytale experience!

This magical B&B exceeded my already high expectations! If you want to feel like snow white while waking up to beautiful trees and serene silence, you have to check this place out! My boyfriend and I stayed for only one night and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Hillary and Gary are superb hosts. We were greeted with hors d’oeuvres and a lovely wine tasting in the later afternoon. Super classy! Hillary knew that we eat vegan and she prepared the most tasty vegan snacks for the wine tasting and an out of this world vegan breakfast the next morning! We were so thrilled with the thought and love she put into our meal. It was a very special experience. Our room was also super comfortable as well as the bed which we did not want to leave. Hillary and Gary’s home Felt so cozy and I can’t wait to return!
