Such a Gem!

5 on September 06, 2018

My husband and I stayed here over labor day weekend. It was an amazing place. Frank and Karen are wonderful hosts. Frank's breakfasts were outstanding. Typically gluten free and vegetarian, but there was always home-made bread and meats on the side for those who wanted it. Coffee and tea was available all day. And there were tons of maps and reference materials out to read. This was our first time in the area, and this B&B is in a great spot. We were able to walk to dinner at the Olema Farmhouse and we were less than 10 minutes away from Point Reyes Station.

Anniversary weekend

4.8 on August 30, 2018

A lovely inn, close to Point Reyes National Seashore and PR Station. Breakfast was wonderful - quiche, jam-stuffed French toast, and a potato crust omelet were the main courses: yum!! Outside the dining room in the AM pigeons, red-wing blackbirds and quail scurried along the ground eating the seeds Frank threw out each day. Spectacular. Frank joined us at the table and regaled us with his stories of his work life, experience with politics in PR, and a lot of other things. We dined on the deck, watching the sunset over the hills as the fog crept in. A special treat.

Fantastic Value and Wonderful Inn Keeper

My husband and I have been going here for 20 years. It has always been a lovely experience. You cannot go wrong with this choice. But please save some room for us!

Beautiful Garden!

Breakfast was delicious! I had a delightful reading break in the garden. Frank is very knowledgeable about the animals and has great stories to tell! I was disappointed that we couldn't get a box breakfast to go the 2nd day. But I'm from Ohio, and THOSE people won't let you leave the house without a meal - so I'm used to that hospitality! I know things are different in CA. The place is lovely, though, and we'll be back!

Great location, wonderful host

Stayed with my wife at the Inn at Roundstone while attending a family wedding in Olema (Pt Reyes Lodge). Location was convenient, the Inn was clean and comfortable, and Frank was a great host. Enjoyed watching the dozens of birds flock the bird feeder every morning while we had breakfast.

Great Place To Stay

We just stayed one night, but I must say that it was a very pleasant stay. Great location and the owners were very nice. There was coffee and tea available 24/7 and breakfast was a delight. We will stay here again.

Wonderful location and value

We enjoyed our stay and had the opinion it was the best B&B we had ever stayed at.

We always enjoy our stays at the Roundstone Farm B&B

5 on July 25, 2018

This is our second time we stayed at the Roundstone Farm B&B. As in last time we love this place. The hosts a friendly and attentive. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. Frank made us a delicious breakfast and helped find a beautiful hike in Point Reyes. The only thing that could be better if the Hot tub remained open until 10 PM and not 9 PM. Will definitely come back.

Hikers at Pt. Reyes National Seashore

5 on July 08, 2018

We have come to Pt. Reyes National Seashore for hiking and running for over 30 years. Our first experience at Roundstone Farm was 30 years ago (before we had children and when Frank's mother-in-law was the proprietor). It was or favorite B&B back then. In the last twenty years when we came with children, we rented a house. Now that we are coming again as a couple we returned to Roundstone Farm and were pleased to see that it has remained a great place to stay while visiting Pt. Reyes. It remains our favorite B&B in the area. It is close to the Bear Valley Trail, which is excellent for morning runs. Frank makes delicious and hearty breakfasts and offers a wealth of information about the history of the area, local developments and area wildlife. The rooms have nice views, comfortable beds, good water pressure in baths and are perfectly maintained. An added benefit nowadays is the Sir and Star restaurant just a short walk down the street, which offers the best food in the area. Our five day stay was perfect in every way.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and we had a beautiful view out of our window. It was very helpful to be very close to town, to the visitor center for Point Reyes, and down the road from the Junction. I enjoyed the hot tub, which had nice views.
