This was our first visit to Napa and the Randolph Inn did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed at the Inn with a group of friends and we were all able to visit and eat breakfast together every morning. The food was fantastic and very fresh. We had friends that needed to get to the airport early on the last day and they made to go breakfast for them to take. Highly recommend staying at the Randolph Inn. We are already planning our next trip!
Thank you so much for such a kind review of our Inn. We depend on honest feedback, and it means the world to us that people take the time to respond. We are so happy to hear that you and your friends loved the Inn, and we would love to help you plan a return trip back!

Our stay at the Inn On Randolph was fantastic to say the least. My husband and I were in Napa for a Dr. Appointment which made the trip a bit depressing but we decided to stay at this bed and breakfast last minute and I am so glad we did! I have Celiac Disease and traveling is very difficult so when we saw that not only do they have a incredible completely gluten free kitchen but the staff were very knowledgeable about safe places for lunch and dinner. Loraine was such a huge help and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable and helped us with everything we needed. The rooms and outdoor garden are absolutely beautiful and unique even in their cold season and I am so grateful to have been able to stay here. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much.
Wow! We are so happy to hear that we were able to provide such a safe place for you during your trip to Napa. We understand how difficult traveling can be when you have Celiac Disease, and we love that you were able to relax and not worry during your stay. We hope that you can return and enjoy the Inn again.

My husband and I stayed in the Laurel Cottage. We had planned this trip for almost a year, and were terribly upset when the fires broke out. We almost cancelled our plans because the media made it appear Napa had practically burned to the ground. Fortunately, when we called the property, we were assured that air quality had returned to normal and that downtown Napa remained untouched by the tragedy of the fires. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and shown to the lovely cottage, complete with a stone-faced fireplace and a beautiful gift basket with chocolates, wine and a hand-written note welcoming us to the inn. The cottage was cozy, and the bathroom was wonderful with its independently heated floor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we were quite pleased with our accommodations. My only disappointment was that it was too chilly outside to enjoy the private patio area outside our cottage. We didn't realize until after we had booked the property that it had a gluten free menu; however, we would have never known the difference if we hadn't been told. The first morning, we were served a warm sticky bun that melted in your mouth, and the breakfasts that followed during our stay never failed to satisfy. Overall, the Inn on Randolph was a perfect spot for us. We would highly recommend the inn and hope to return soon. Best wishes for continued success! Teresa & Vic Philips Rock Hill, South Carolina

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary at the Inn. Our room was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and they even made accommodations for my vegan diet! The outdoor area was so relaxing and peaceful. We were able to walk to downtown Napa from our room, which was only a 10 minute walk. When it was time to check out we really didn't want to leave! We are looking forward to going back next year!
Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a glowing review! Our chef prides herself in being able to accommodate special diet requests, so we are glad to hear you enjoyed the vegan breakfast. We are very much looking forward to your return next year! Cheers, Loraine, Alyssia, Melissa, and Devon

Everything about the Inn on Randolph was perfect. The room was quaint but with modern conveniences - including a heated floor in the bathroom. There was a welcome basket waiting for us in our room when we arrived. The chef was amazing. The breakfasts were delicious as was the birthday cake she made for me (a surprise from my husband). Melissa and Alyssia couldn't have been nicer helping me plan our trip to Napa Valley and were also very warm and welcoming upon our arrival. An added plus was the Inn's proximity to downtown Napa. I would not consider staying anywhere else.

I cannot express how beautiful the Inn On Randolph is. It is absolutely spotless and comfortable. I came home to Fort Collins thinking how I can make my home look like the cottage we stayed in. The staff is extremely welcoming. We didn't have a place to stay when we got to Napa but with lots of luck, we found the Inn and I was blown away with how perfect everything was. Thank You Staff, Lorraine, Devon. I will send my daughter and son-in-law there for their anniversary one day. Also, Maria was so nice too.
Thank you so much for your kind and heartfelt words! I am so happy that you serendipitously found the Inn, and we are so thrilled to hear how wonderful your experience was. We look forward to hosting your daughter and son-in-law, and we hope to see you again in the near future. Also, we do have all of the paint colors available if you should need them for your home in Fort Collins. We would be happy to send the colors to you! :) All the best, Alyssia, Loraine, Melissa, and Devon

My husband and I traveled from North Carolina to Napa to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and we were beyond pleased with our stay at the Inn on Randolph. The Inn was beautiful and clean and in walking distance to the riverfront and downtown Napa. We were greeted with wine, chocolates and snacks on arrival. Our room had a private balcony and was lovely! The bathroom was spacious and our bed so comfortable! We were offered suggestions for winery tours, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was freshly made and beautifully served. We will definitely return, and have already shared pictures and recommendations with our friends and family! Thank you for a truly memorable weekend!

Wow!! My husband an I spent a wonderful week staying in the "Bubble" at Inn on Randolph. This is the nicest B&B that we have ever stayed at. The food was amazing and healthy, morning coffee was excellent, The Randolph cottage is so comfortable and well appointed I never wanted to leave. However it is the staff that really makes The Inn on Randolph a step above. It is obvious they enjoy their jobs because nothing is too much trouble. We had our support dog with us and he loved walking in the neighborhood and down to the river walk. Thank you for such a great week. There is no need for us to ever look for a different place to stay in Napa. We live in Tahoe and it is awesome to have finally found a home away from home that is exceptional and restful.
