The staff was very nice. I stayed in the Sea Lavender, which is a beautiful room with a view of the Carquinez Strait. A very nice getaway in a cute town.

It was terrible ... the front desk boy , although very nice not helpful at all . No parking , room smelled liked wet gym socks, no view & the music down stairs was very loud . We were on the third floor & could here it clearly . We actually left & went home

We stayed two nights at the Union Hotel. There was no one on premises when we arrived at 2 PM, so had to wait an hour until someone arrived. There was no breakfast served as promised the first morning. The Union is not nearly as nice as other places I've stayed in Benicia close by.

I come to the Union Hotel annually for an event held locally. I love this hotel and all it’s charm. The convenient location and fantastic staff make it so enjoyable.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend and the rooms were so fun and fascinating. They have antique furniture (awesome wardrobe) and it is right on the main street with tons of cool shops and places to eat. This was our second time staying and it won't be our last. We always have a great experience here!

This is a fun, historic hotel. I wanted to get away in a one off type place that wasn't your typical generic hotel and this place delivers. It's right in the middle of downtown Benicia as well so it's really fun/lively on the weekends. Bed was comfortable and jetted tub was huge. Just make sure you email/call if you plan to check in after 6pm...they setup your access a little different after hours.
