This was our third stay at the at the Arbor Guest House. We appreciate the information we receive on winery choices and activities Kandy and Dan have been great and make the stay pleasant and low stress. Cookies are great and nice chance to visit with staff and other guests at afternoon wine and snacks. We will definitely return

We recently stayed at Arbor Guest House for our 15th anniversary - and had a quite literally a perfect weekend! I always get a little nervous with staying at bed and breakfasts as we've had some absolutely amazing experiences and some less than great ones. Arbor Guest House was amazing and exceeded my expectations - from the cleanliness (which is hugely important to me!) to the service, we were continually impressed. We were so thankful for our weekend away and would recommend Arbor Guest House without reservation!

Overall it was very lovely however the bathroom had no place to put toiletries. We were in the Arbor view room which is seperate from the main building with the garden room below. Loved the privacy. Breakfasts were wonderful if you have special request give advance notice. Grounds are pristine and weather permitting a great place to sit and sip.

The room in the bed and breakfast was comfortable, cozy, and clean. The room and bathroom were cleaned, sheets changed, towels changed, glass and mugs removed and replaced daily. The owners were onsite every day and were not pushy but were extremely helpful in making suggestions about places to visit and local services to use. They also booked services for us that we selected. The exterior of the b&b is beautiful. It smelled like pine and roses and there was a lovely gazebo and small tables and chairs. Daily breakfast was delicious and filling. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this b&b.

Stayed during the Film Festival and had a great stay. The owners made a great breakfast every day dealing with my food allergies. The room was nice and the home in a great area, close to downtown and the wineries.

The Arbor Guest House exceeded our expectations. The rooms are immaculate, and was a perfect blend of modern conveniences (new bathrooms, gas fireplaces, air conditioning) combined with traditional decor. There are three rooms in the main house and two larger rooms in the garden cottage. All are slightly different and charming. Lots of thoughtful touches such as bottled water in the room, and a shared guest refrigerator stocked with water, soft drinks and ice. The garden is lovely, with a bocce ball court, cornhole set, a beautiful gazebo and and arbor walk. The inn is located in a nice neighborhood. It's possible to walk to the downtown, though it would be about a 20 minute walk-we drive as there is lots of free parking downtown. We were very unsure whether to visit Napa after the terrible fires, but we didn't see much evidence of fire damage. There was none downtown, or at any of the wineries we visited. The area is just as beautiful as ever, and was much less crowded.

Our stay was scheduled for a few weeks after the fires and we were hesitant to say the least. So happy that the fires were contained and everyone encouraged us to come! It was like coming come each afternoon and we met wonderful fellow B&Bers. We were awakened each morning to the aroma of the day's breakfast. It was wonderful to share experiences and learn about other places to visit with our innkeeper and fellow guests. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and cleaned to perfection each day. The grounds were inviting, we felt safe, location was excellent - we will definitely be back.
