Situated on five tranquil acres on the banks of the San Pedro River, the Lazy Dog Ranch offers a relaxing escape from civilization. Halfway between Sierra Vista and Tombstone, this pet-friendly bed and breakfast is the perfect base from which to explore the area. Enjoy hiking, bird watching or simply relax in the pool. The night skies are great for star gazing as there is no light pollution in the area. Sit by the firepit and enjoy the night air all year around. Each of the two guest suites features a separate entrance and private bath. Sleeping four in over 700 square feet of space, the Casa also has a kitchenette. The Casita has a fireplace and can sleep up to five, if two are children! Dining and shopping is just minutes away. And feel free to leave your pet, as they have over two acres of fenced in property to explore. Coffee and tea is always available in the breakfast room. Breakfast is whatever time works for you and features fresh eggs, fruit, yogurt, juice, cereal, and a home baked pastry each morning.

Away from cars and city lights, Lazy Dog B&B is a lovely, tranquil spot to relax. There's a homey feeling sitting by the fire in the patio or nestled in bed in one of the spacious rooms. The owner Cathy was gracious, helpful and pleasant, ready to accommodate in any way. Breakfast was sort of a Continental style with hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, fruit, cereals, yogurt, coffee and a toaster for breads. We would book here again to see the trees leafed out in the summer and to walk by the river....fun to have the dogs, donkey, horse, mule to add to the ranch feeling.

Had a great time staying here and our dog felt right at home on the property. Mike and Cathy were wonderful hosts and the resident dogs were so sweet I'd take them home with me in a minute.

Exceeded our expectations in every way, wonderful room, well more like an apartment really. Great outside space, we had humming birds outside our door. Fabulous company from other guests and our hosts, who made uS Irish coffee under the stars. Breakfasts were amazing and all the lovely doggies and other animals were just as friendly as their humans! Would love to come back and stay here again. Can't recommend highly enough. Caz & Rich, London, UK.

We chose the Lazy Dog Ranch because of the location and fun it would afford our toddler. He LOVED the animals and the hikes nearby. The hosts were very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very clean and the decor was eclectic. The breakfast was fantastic! I even requested some recipes of the homemade coffee cake and egg croissants. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for adventure, comfort and good company.

Homemade coffee cake was especially good. Great recommendation for trail nearby as well as lunch choices in Bisbee. Cathy and Michael are great hosts. Would return again.
