Wonderful getaway!

Just can't say enough good things about this place. Beautiful old house and property. The service and food were first class. If you're looking for a quiet haven and rest, this is it. Joanna was a charming and perfect hostess. We will absolutely return.

Good B and B but don't cut out early

3.6 on July 31, 2018

The rooms are clean and the food was great but we had to leave early because of a death in the family. They are giving us a hard time refunding our money for one night. They don't want to give the money that they got most of it. Did not see the owners. Just called and text them only. Not very good customer service.

Delectable and quiet

5 on July 30, 2018

Our visit to Hilltop Manor was for a weekend get away. It is located just outside of town so the trek to the heart of Hot Springs was easy yet just far enough to provide quiet and a feeling of being alone. There were other guests there for the weekend, the parking spaces were full, but we didn’t hear or see anyone ither than manor staff. The room was large and will appointed. The breakfasts were excellent! One morning we dined in our room and the next in the dining room. It would have been lovely to dine on the porch but it was the height of summer. Looking forward to returning!

Wonderful B&B

5 on July 25, 2018

This was a great vacation spot for us! Out of all the hustle and bustle of the Main Street, yet close enough to get into town quick. The service was absolutely amazing and hosts were very kind! Rooms were very clean and tidy. I love how personal this place is and wants you to feel at home, away from home. Very comfortable place to stay. We are coming back again in the fall already.

A great place to stay

Great Weekend Getaway!

5 on June 29, 2018

What a great weekend my wife and I had celebrating our 23rd Anniversary. Jennifer and Joanna really know how to make your stay in Hot Springs memorable. The B&B is a beautifully historic Ranch House with plenty of place to spread out and explore, and the breakfasts were amazing! They really know how to spoil you in the morning.

15th wedding Anniversary!!

5 on June 28, 2018

My husband and I choose to try this bed and breakfast,to celebrate our 15th Anniversary. The clean spacious Rose room was so relaxing and colorful. The sausage bake was simply delicious! The grounds are well kept, and the security was much appreciated. Will be back soon

About the innkeepers

I grew up about 30 miles from Hot Springs while Joanna grew up in Newcastle, England. We met while living in Denver, CO. I wanted to move closer to home and we both have worked in hospitality our entire lives so running a B&B seemed like the perfect life for us! Joanna is the self-taught, superb chef while I maintain the beautiful 5.5 acre estate that we call home!
