One word....AMAZING!!!

5 on October 11, 2017

We just recently stayed in the Spruce room at Hilltop and it was our first time at a B&B. I must say that there is no way it could of been any better. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and Joanna was such an amazing host! The breakfast that she made was the best we've ever had. The room and bed were super cozy and everything was pristine. I would most definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway to Hot Springs.

Hilltop Manor Bed and Breakfast....AWESOME!

5 on October 09, 2017

My sister and I gave my parents a trip to Hot Springs for their 50th Anniversary and chose Hilltop Manor Bed and Breakfast...so very happy that we chose this place! My parents LOVED it! Most of all, they said it felt like they were visiting with close family members with whom you enjoy spending time! Excellent company, hospitality, and food! Their only complaint was that they didn't meet the resident puppy until the last day of their trip. ¿¿

Perfect getaway

Perfect weekend getaway 2 miles from Town. Great service, food, scenery and friendly owners and staff. We will definitely return.

Outstanding!

Hilltop Manor is so gorgeous surrounded by trees and nature. We were so pleased with the huge room and how impressive the sheets and the quality of the bed itself. The room was freshened every morning first thing during our breakfast. There were snacks and drinks available all day. Joanna and Jennifer were the perfect hosts. They referred us to places we would have missed. We were so thankful for their attention to every detail to make our stay perfect. Our breakfasts every morning were absolute heaven sitting on the huge covered porch overlooking the beautifully manicured yard with the forest beyond. Thank you Joanna and Jennifer for an exceptional vacation!

Beautiful place to stay! This was our first B&B stay and we loved everything about it. Breakfast was amazing each morning! We stayed in the Magnolia suite which was cozy and comfy. It is more secluded. This place is a must stay. Joanne was very sweet and welcoming! We will be back!

Outstanding grounds to view and the location is very convenient to what Hot Springs has to offer. The food was outstanding and we ate a breakfast that wasn't your normal eggs, bacon, etc. I would highly recommend the place for it was a great evening for my wife and I to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Bluebirds and more!

4.8 on July 27, 2017

A unique and authentically restored Craftsman manor built in 1910 with a golf course lawn, towering trees and fully landscaped front yard with fountains, flowers, hummingbirds and, yes, bluebirds! The owners are kind and warm. The breakfasts on the front patio were,as everything else, a cut above every other b and b. This quiet, beautiful and commercial free environment was hard to leave.

Incredible!

This was an amazing end to our road trip and the Innkeepers could not have been more gracious. We would come back to Hot Springs just to stay hete!

About the innkeepers

I grew up about 30 miles from Hot Springs while Joanna grew up in Newcastle, England. We met while living in Denver, CO. I wanted to move closer to home and we both have worked in hospitality our entire lives so running a B&B seemed like the perfect life for us! Joanna is the self-taught, superb chef while I maintain the beautiful 5.5 acre estate that we call home!
