We chose Heart of the Hills for its value; cheapest price with the best accommodations! When we arrived we were not disappointed! The room was decorated beautifully, the bed was comfy and best of all... that TUB! After a long day of exploring Eureka Springs, I woke up and took a nice long soak in the jacuzzi tub which prepared me for another long day of walking!! Breakfast was served in our room(HUGE plus!) and was SO delicious! I ate every last bite and the chocolate bunny (Easter weekend)on our try was the cherry on top! Thank you so much for the amazing stay. We will be back!

Even though we had all been to Eureka Springs numerous times before, this was the first time we had done an overnight stay. The cottage was lovely, and David was an awesome host. One of the things that most appealed to us was the fact that a single night could be reserved. We would absolutely recommend the Heart of the Hills Inn!

Heart of the hills is one of the few B&B in Eureka Springs that will book one night stays over the weekend. David made sure I was comfortable and made me a HUGE breakfast I also had my own little patio - This would be perfect for a couples get away Eureka Springs is unusual and Mystical - come and see.

Stayed in the Carriage House over new year's with my now-fiancée (And proposed here!). Wonderful little place! Quaint and comfortable furnishing, fantastic breakfasts, within walking distance of the shops without the traffic. David is a very friendly and accommodating innkeeper. We'll be sure to keep this place in mind if we come out here again!

A very cozy and intimate three room suite with high ceilings, large windows, private entrance and private deck with spectacular views of the beautiful stone walled garden. Luxurious queen size bed , luxury linens and a zebra stripped bedspread help set the ambiance of this room as Parisian chic. Original movie stills of Marlene Dietrich adorn the walls and were found by the inn owner on a trip to Paris. One is even signed by the diva herself. The private bathroom has a two person Jacuzzi tub with a hand held shower. The expansive private deck has a large umbrella over a bistro table for two and a chaise lounge for those weather permitting evenings. Enjoy a glass of wine while you over look the sunken stone walled garden, or walk down and sit by the stone fire pit under a canopy of green foliage.

The Carriage House is a free standing cottage on site of the Inn. The Carriage House was for housing the homes carriage in those days of horse and buggy. Later it was converted into a one car garage and in the 1960's was converted into a Doll Store for the city. The original barn for the carriage horse is now the gardeners shed in the sunken garden behind the cottage. Pricing for this room is based on 2 persons and guests 3 and 4 are 20.00 each per night........
