We stayed at the Heart of the Hills Inn on Saturday 8/19 in the Summit Suite and loved it! David is so accommodating and thoughtful and even had our room ready 3 hours early. The breakfast is outstanding and not only delicious but absolutely beautifully served. One of the perks that we loved was the in-room dining so you don't have to have that awkward "dining with strangers" as with other B&B common area's breakfast. This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The only down side would be that the short 3 block walk to downtown is pleasant going but coming back, you are walking uphill. The weather was sweltering so the walk back, all the way up uphill was not so pleasant BUT I would stay here again and just drive downtown if the weather was not accommodating.

Stayed here for a girls' weekend with a friend. This cottage is adorable and perfect for a weekend in Eureka Springs. There were only 2 of us but it would work for the max 4 people if you don't mind sharing beds. We easily walked the short distance to downtown and back during the day. When we went back out that night it was raining so we drove, but it would have been just fine with umbrellas. The cottage is neat as a pin and nicely laid out; our only disappointment is the rain prevented us from enjoying the sitting area on the back deck. The breakfast on Sunday morning was delivered to door and was scrumptious.

Spent last weekend in the Carriage House. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very clean and charming decor. The breakfasts were amazing!

This is a very charming, quiet inn with a great location and off-street parking. The inn keeper provided great service and even allowed us to check in earlier to accommodate a massage appointment we had down the road. We stayed in the Gabrielle Suite, which is small, cozy, and fine for an intimate stay. The breakfast was really amazing! Highly recommend Heart of the Hills.

We absolutely fell in love with the Carriage House and almost refused to leave! The location of the Inn is perfectly situated between two trolley stops and well within walking distance to the historic downtown area, the Intrigue Theater and two great dining experiences. David is extremely helpful in guiding guests towards the best dining, cultural and scenic activities located in and around the area. We enjoyed our in suite breakfast every morning which kept us filled up well into the afternoon allowing more time to enjoy activities. The Carriage House is private, beautifully appointed in French Country decor and feels like home. We look forward to many return trips to Heart of the Hills Inn! Jim and Lisa Dodson Tomball, Texas

Great introduction to Eureka Springs. Non-fussy check-in. Outstanding dinner house recommendation. Relaxing jacuzzi for two. Peaceful night's sleep. Gourmet breakfast on the deck. Heart of the Hills Inn at the top of the town is worth the effort it takes to navigate to it.

David, Thank you for being one of the best parts of our Surprise Anniversary weekend. Room was more than expected, breakfast was amazing! I took my wife away on a Surprise date weekend, she had no Idea what I had planned. David and Heart of the Hills were a big part of that. Thank you so much for being willing to work with us on my tight schedule. Most B and B's require a 2 night minimum stay, I am a paramedic and only get 48 hrs off at a time, so staying two nights is not usually doable for me unless I take vacation time. David was willing to let us stay one night, what an awesome guy! Our weekend was perfect, and Heart of the Hills was a huge part of that. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice romantic getaway. I know we'll look to stay again and again. CT and TT Oronogo, Mo.

Fun experience! Breakfast on the porch was peaceful and delicious. Jacuzzi for two was nice. Bed was really comfortable. Host David was thoughtful without being intrusive. We'll do it again if/when we can.

We stayed in the Carriage House and thought it was lovely. The only issues we had were the numerous cobwebs on the fan and in the windows and the comfortability of the bed - it was way too soft. When you first laid on it, it felt great, like sinking into a cloud. After a while though, it was difficult to move into any other position besides your back. Maybe just rotating or flipping it would help. Other than those two things, it was wonderful. The breakfasts was delivered to our door and were amazing. Fabulous location and the innkeeper was a pleasure. We would stay here again.

Food was great, room and service was very nice. Great location

The living room with its mixture of antiques and contemporary is furniture also separated from the bedroom with original antique pocket doors. The private entrance off the front porch has a wonderful view of the historic loop. A very cozy and intimate three room suite with high ceilings, large windows, private entrance and private deck with spectacular views of the beautiful stone walled garden. Luxurious queen size bed , luxury linens and a zebra stripped bedspread help set the ambiance of this room as Parisian chic. Original movie stills of Marlene Dietrich adorn the walls and were found by the inn owner on a trip to Paris. One is even signed by the diva herself. The private bathroom has a two person Jacuzzi tub with a hand held shower. The expansive private deck has a large umbrella over a bistro table for two and a chaise lounge for those weather permitting evenings. Enjoy a glass of wine while you over look the sunken stone walled garden, or walk down and sit by the stone fire pit under a canopy of green foliage.

The Carriage House is a free standing cottage on site of the Inn. The Carriage House was for housing the homes carriage in those days of horse and buggy. Later it was converted into a one car garage and in the 1960's was converted into a Doll Store for the city. The original barn for the carriage horse is now the gardeners shed in the sunken garden behind the cottage. Pricing for this room is based on 2 persons and guests 3 and 4 are 20.00 each per night........
