Welcome to Tiffany’s, an all non-smoking Hot Springs, Arkansas area bed and breakfast! Your Arkansas getaway begins as you pull off the highway into our drive, and immediately feel yourself relaxing. Take a moment to let your senses take in the surroundings: 60 acres of hills and trees, the chirping of birds, the sweet scent of roses, the feel of the sun warming your skin, and you can practically taste the herbs in the garden. You’ve come here to get away from it all - no cell phones, no TVs, just peaceful and quiet lodging. Yet, you are only 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Hot Springs and just 10 minutes from boating and fishing activities at DeGray Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee on the full-length porch while doing some bird watching. Then join us in the dining room for breakfast at Tiffany’s. After breakfast, take a hike in the woods, learn some of the history of Point Cedar Mine - the remnants of which are located on our property - or head into Hot Springs and enjoy America’s first National Park. Shopping, entertainment, and dining options await you in the "Spa City."

My husband and I stayed at Tiffany's in June. Tiffany and Bob have done a fabulous job of making this B&B inviting. It's extremely clean and thoughtful touches are everywhere. Special soaps, gourmet coffee, dark chocolates, and wonderful breakfasts. The mattress on our bed was great. There are beautiful plants and flowers on the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Also, don't miss Garvin Woodland Gardens while staying here. It's one of the most enchanting botanical gardens ever. I lost count of the waterfalls. Tiffany's is great place to rest and recharge. A BIG thank you to the innkeepers!

I've stayed in a variety of B&Bs and this was by far the nicest visit of them all. Bob and Tiffany have seen to every detail to make sure anyone who stays there feels like they are welcome in the most relaxing environment possible. It was clean, inviting and the food was outstanding. The atmosphere (out in the country) was second to none with all the bird and wildlife watching we could do just from the front porch! I made the reservations based on reviews I read and the visit exceeded my expectations. We celebrated our wedding and my birthday there and now I can't wait to go back!

We had a lovely 2 day stay here. The Hamilton Room was our choice and it had a gorgeous porch off the bathroom. Our soaks in the whirlpool tub were awesome. Tiffany & Bob were such great hosts and what a great dog they have in Mac. We highly recommend this B&B, lots of great touches, great unique breakfasts too!
