We needed a stop over on the way from Florida to Nashville and found this gem. Host and hostess were friendly and awesome. Accommodations were clean and very nice. I had two teenagers with me so have access to the lake paddle boats and boards was perfect. Beautiful place in a beautiful setting.

A hidden gem!

5 on May 08, 2017

A hidden gem! The hosts were the nicest people you could ever meet; incredibly helpful and accommodating. Best homemade breakfasts every morning! The property is beautiful, overlooking a georgious water view. The rooms and home were immaculate, very spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were amazing. We were even upgraded for free! Can't say enough about this place!

Innkeeper Response
So glad that your experience at Treasure Island Bed and Breakfast was a good one. We certainly enjoyed you staying with us. Hope to see you again.

Recent stay

4.0 on March 16, 2017

Wish the bathroom was attached to the bed room. If someone else were staying, it would be awkward to share a bathroom with complete strangers. Luckily, no one else was staying at same time as us. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Peaceful, relaxing. Owners are very nice and accommodating.

Innkeeper Response
Thank you for your kind words! We strive to make our guests’ experience as enjoyable as we can. Because we understand the awkwardness of sharing a bathroom all of our bathrooms are private. When either the Queen or Ivy Room is reserved by a guest the other room is immediately blocked off so there is never a possibility of sharing the bath with a stranger. Families and/or friends can reserve those rooms together if they don’t mind sharing the bath. We apologize for not making that clearer to you.

Great Host and Hostess

My wife and I attended a financial seminar at Pell City on Monday March 7 and just wanted to knock around the area for a couple of days. We like a bed and breakfast and I found Treasure Island Bed and Breakfast searching on line. We are happy we chose this B&B. The room we chose was very spacious and had a wonderful view. The bed was comfortable and sleeping here was easy, the area is secluded and quiet. The common area is spacious and very well decorated. You just feel at home. The dining area is perfect. The breakfasts were wonderful. There were always snacks and drinks available in the kitchen. But as good as everything else is, the real treat are Earl and Lilly. My wife and I felt as if we had known them for much longer than the two days we spent there. Lilly met us on arrival and we immediately liked her. Earl's presence is all in the beautiful common area. I knew before I met him I would like him. Well he was even better than I expected. They both go the extra mile to make their guests feel special. This will be our place to stay whenever we go to the Pell City area.

Innkeeper Response
Thank you so much, your kind words bring tears of joy to my eyes. We count you as our friends. Our spirit's just bore witness with yours and we became close friends.I told Lillie...I would have loved to talk with them more, I hate to see them go. Lol Blessings upon you and I know our paths shall meet again.

My husband surprised me with a stay at Treasure Island. The home is lovely with an amazing view of the lake. The rooms were charming with a very comfortable bed. The host and hostess made us feel like one of the family while respecting our privacy. We will return again and again anytime we are in the area.

Innkeeper Response
Thank you for thinking of us and we are so glad that your experience with Treasure Island was so enjoyable.

Earl and Lillie were very gracious host a lot of fun to be with.. The food was outstanding and we didn't have to lift a finger. The view is outstanding. We found them by accident on google maps while looking for property to buy. They were very helpful in providing information about the area. The restaurant they suggested was also a great surprise. Will stay again.

Innkeeper Response
Thank you so much....you are sweet guest and now our friends.

We are grateful to Lily and Earl for sharing their beautiful home with us. We felt welcome and well cared for. We enjoyed sitting by the lake with a good book. This is a very peaceful place to rest and find restoration for your soul. The food was delicious and the bed and pillows were perfect!
