Turn back the clock about 200 years and step back into the charm of another era. We would love to share Newport's history with you. Hear the saga of when my great-grandfather (x4,) General James Taylor, pioneered his way from Virginia to found Newport on land awarded to his father for his service in the American Revolution. Our home, built in 1882, sits on the site of the Taylor Family's original plantation garden.
