Grilled Ahi Steak

  • 2 lb Fresh Ahi
  • 2 tablespoons Macadamia nut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Hawaiian Salt


  1. Heat grill. Slice Ahi in 1/2" thick steaks.
  2. On a piece of foil large enough to fit your grill and all of the Ahi spread all of the macadamia nut oil over the surface of the foil.
  3. Place all Ahi steaks on foil sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon Hawaiian salt.
  4. Place foil with Ahi on grill surface. Turn after 3 minutes. Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon Hawaiian salt. Grill for another 3 minutes or until done to taste.
  5. Serve with rice, Broccoli and Crab salad, wasabi mayonaise and fresh grated ginger.
