  • 2 slices of brown bread
  • 2 thick slice of farm cheese gouda type
  • spread boursin a l'aille
  • 2 slice of cooked supreme ham


  1. spread slices of organic brown bread with the garlic tasting boursin, put slice of cooked ham topped by a slice of the young gouda cheese.
  2. Put for 5 minutes in the upper AGA oven until the cheese melts into the ham.
  3. When leaving the oven just spread Tobasco according to your ow taste
