White Chocolate Brownies

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 8 oz White Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 1/4 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease an 8 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Remove pan from heat and add 4 ounces of the white chocolate. Do not stir.
  3. In large bowl, beat eggs and pinch of salt with electric mixer until frothy. Gradually add sugar and beat until pale yellow and slowly dissolving ribbon forms when the beater is lifted.
  4. Add white chocolate mixture, vanilla, salt and flour until just combined. Sit in semisweet chocolate chips and remaining white chocolate.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes (watching closely after 25 minutes). Cool before cutting.
