  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Farmer's Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 lb 16 Ounce Package of Medium or Small Egg Noodles Uncooked
  • 2 tablespoons Corn Starch
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup 1 Cup Cinnamon and Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Slivered Alomonds 1/4 to what you like.


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook (boil) noodles on stove. Take all ingrediants (execpt cinnamon and sugar/almond topping)and mix together in mixer till liquid. Poor into greased rectanglur cake pan(9" x 13") Drain Noodles and poor into mixture in pan. Take a fork to spread mixture evenly. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar ontop. Than sprinkle sliced alomonds on top.
  2. Bake in oven for 50 minutes. Test with toothpick. If toothpick comes out clean, koogal is done.
  3. Koogle can be served hot with a meal or cold. Makes a great side dish or dessert.
