  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 2/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Mild Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place a piece of parchment paper on a sheet pan to cover.
  2. Mix brown sugar, chili powder and smoked paprika in a large bowl. Coat each piece of bacon with the sugar mixture by burying it in the sugar, shake off excess, twist the bacon and lay on the parchment paper. Continue with all the slices of bacon.
  3. Bake 1 hour.
