Broccoli Souffle

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen broccoli Box of chopped broccoli
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 Can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1 1/2 crushed Saltine crackers
  • 1 1/2 Grated romano cheese

Instructions

  1. Add defrosted broccoli to casserole dish. Add mayo, cream of mushroom soup then mix.
  2. Add onion, crushed crackers and grated cheese then mix. Save some crackers and cheese for the top.
  3. Lightly spread cheese and crackers on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes or microwave 7-8 minutes.
