Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix with pudding
  • 1 butterscotch pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cooking sherry or wine
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. mix all ingredients in mixer and mix on high for 8 minutes.
  2. pour into greased small bundt pans or muffin tins.
  3. bake for approximately 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
