Peel the apples and boil with a little water, some cinnamon.
Until the mass is just cooking and getting soft. Add a little lemon juice and leave in the closed pot.
Mix the flour, sugar, butter and the egg, until you have a big ball. Devide into 2 balls. Let it cool for half an hour.
Roll from 1 ball the bottum of a round form (22cm diam).
The second ball is for the standing part of the form.
Fill with the apple-mass and cover with sugar.
The rest parts of the dough are to use for covering the tart with small stripes, crosswise over the tart.
