Chicken Tetrazzini

  • 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Mushrooms, drained
  • 1 Pint Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breasts, diced
  • 1/4 lb Spaghetti (or medium egg noodles)
  • Sprinkle To Taste Parmesan Cheese
  • Sprinkle To Taste Paprika


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt margarine in skillet over low heat. Add soups and mushrooms. When thoroughly mixed, remove from heat and add sour cream and chicken. Place back on stove to keep warm stirring often.
  3. Cook spaghetti (or noodles) until tender, drain and add to soup mixture.
  4. Pour into casserole dish and top with Parmesan Cheese and Paprika.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Just add a salad and rolls and this makes a great meal!
