White Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • Salt
  • Unsalted butter (softened)
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Large Eggs
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Old Fashioned Oats
  • Dried Cranberries
  • White Chocolate, coarsley chopped


  1. Mix in a third bowl, oats, dried cranberries and white chocolate. Fold into flour, sugar mixture.
  2. Scoop into balls using an icecream scoop and place on baking sheet. Bake 11-13 minutes or until golden but a little moist (they may look a little undercooked but will firm up). Let cool for 5 minutes and then transfer to cooling rack.
  3. Pre heat oven 350 degrees
  4. In large bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  5. Cream together in another bowl, butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract. After creamed add in the flour mixture
