Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Apple, peeled and chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, mixture will be quite thick.
  3. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
