  • Canadian Bacon or Ham
  • large eggs
  • Dijon mustard
  • plain yogurt
  • shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • Mrs. Dash Spice blend, divided


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 4 large ramekins or custard cups. Place a slice of Canadian Bacon in each ramekin.
  2. In medium bowl, beat eggs, mustard and yogurt. Stir in 1/2 cup of cheese and 1 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash Spice Blend.
  3. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden and set.
  4. Spoon egg mixture evenly over ham in ramekins. Sprinkle remaining cheese and spice blend over egg mixture.
