Sour Cream Coffee Cake

  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • Sour Cream
  • Vanilla
  • Flour
  • Brown Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Pecans or Walnuts


  1. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat. Fold in sour cream. Add vanilla. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add to the other mixture. Grease and flour tube pan. Add 1/2 mixture to pan.
  2. For filling, mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Add filling to 1/2 mixture that is in pan. Add other 1/2 of the mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
